Das Zimmer ist ca 16m² groß und das Fenster geht zum Garten unserer Nachbarn unten drunter raus. Die drei Schlafzimmer der Wohnung und die Küche sind alle in etwa gleich groß und daher ideal aufgeteilt. An die Küche angeschlossen ist außerdem noch ein Wintergarten, den wir aktuell als Wohnzimmer nutzen.
Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle Verdistraße ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. von hier aus ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder Endenich-Nord. Alle Einkäufe sind gut zu Fuß zu erledigen. In ca. 500m ist man am Bauhaus, Lidl, Aldi oder Edeka.
Die Mensa Poppelsdorf ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und vor allem für alle, die im kommenden Semester am Campus Poppelsdorf studieren, hat die Wohnung die ideale Lage.
Meine Mitbewohner Alex studiert Agrarwissenschaften im Master und Benedikt ist Promotionsstudent der katholischen Theologie und arbeitet aktuell im Homeoffice. Das WG-Leben würde ich als entspannt und eher ruhig beschreiben. Unter uns wohnt eine junge Familie und über uns ein junges Pärchen und eine Studentin.
