I am looking for someone who will move in with only a suitcase for 3 months with a possibility to extent the stay. I will be staying at the flat 3-5 days a month.
My flat is 75 m2 with 2 separate bed rooms, I toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a kitchen. It is furnished but with no washing machine for the dishes and clothes.
The washing machine for the clothes is about 3 minutes walk from the flat.Tram 16 is about 2 minutes walk and tram 66 (Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz/Beethoven-Haus) is about 4 minutes walk. The central train station is about 10 - 15 minutes walk

Kolnstr 63,53111 Bonn Zentrum. 1 minute to tram 61 and 5 minutes walk to tram 66 on oxford street, 4 min walk to Köln airport bus stop, 10-15 min walk to Bonn hbf. Generally conveniently located to everything.
The kitchen and the living room would be shared but since I will not be around most of the time, the flat mate would enjoy most the space.
