Die Wohnung ist sehr groß - 76 m2, hat 4 Zimmer und ist teilweise möbliert. Das freie Zimmer (unmöbliert) ist 14 m2 groß (so wie meins). Es hat große Fenster auf der Ostseite mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche die mit einem Esszimmer verbunden ist, ein Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Abstellraum, ein Badezimmer sowie praktische Einbauschränke. Dazu gibt es noch ein Kellerabteil in dem man Sachen unterbringen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, am wichtigsten: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN Internet, Telefon und Fernseher.
The apartment is really big - 76 m2, has 4 rooms and is partly furnished. The free room (unfurnished) is 14 m2 (the same as mine). It is sunny, turned to the east with a nice view of the city. Besides the bedrooms there is a big dining room connected with the kitchen, a living room, a couple of big in-built closets, a storage room, and of course a bathroom. We also have our space in the cellar. The apartment has everything that you need, most importantly: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet, TV, and telephone.

so viel Verkehr gibt, es ist also ruhig. Man braucht nur 5 Minuten zum Hbf und 10 Minuten zum Zentrum.
The location couldn't be better: it is 5 minutes' walking distance from the main train station, and 10 minutes' walking distance from the city centre. It is at the beginning of Meckenheimer Allee, where there's not that much traffic, so it's pretty quiet.
I'm 33 years old, from the US, and currently working in Bonn as a postdoc. I'm sociable by nature but when I'm here, I tend to be fairly focused on work, since I spend the weekend with my family, who live a few hours away. (My German is limited but I would love to work on it!)
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt, aus Amerika, und arbeite in Bonn als Postdoc. Ich bin normalerweise nur in Bonn während der Woche, denn ich verbringe die Wochenenden mit meiner Familie, die ein Paar Stunden entfernt wohnt. Obwohl ich im Allgemein gesellig bin, bin ich deswegen auch sehr beschäftigt mit meimem Arbeit wenn ich hier bin. (Mein Deutsch ist auch im Moment etwas begrenzt, aber ich möchte es verbessern!)
