In unserer wunderbaren 5er- WG wird für 5 Monate, von Anfang September bis Ende Januar ein Zimmer frei. Die WG erstreckt sich über das 2. und 3.OG. Im 1.OG wohnt eine weitere nette 2er WG.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm groß, und liegt innerhalb unserer zweistöckigen WG auf der oberen Etage. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: Ein Bett, eine Kommode, ein großer Schreibtisch plus Stuhl zum Arbeiten.
Ansonsten gibt es hier in unsere schönen WG alles, was man so braucht: Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine etc... alles da!
Die Gesamtmonatsmiete von 300€ beinhaltet: Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet, GEZ.

In our wonderful five-people WG, which stretches over two floors, there will be a free room for 5 months, from september to the end of january. The room is about 12 square metres and in the top floor of the house. It will be fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a bookshelf and a chest of drawers.
Apart from that our WG has: a kitchen, a bathroom and extra toilet, a washing machine, everything you need!
The total rent of 300 Euro includes the cold rent, ancillary expenses, electricity, gas, water, internet and radio tax.
Zentraler kann man in Bonn eigentlich kaum wohnen: Uni, Markt, Rhein und Hofgarten sind zu Fuß in ein paar Schritten erreicht. Mit Bus und Bahn, die quasi direkt vor der Haustür abfahren ist alles weitere schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Am Hbf ist man zu Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten. Wir wohnen außerdem direkt über einem Kiosk -- unser erweiterter Kühlschrank.

It is the most central area in Bonn: Uni, Markt, Rhein, Hofgarten are just around the corner, the central station can be reached within 8 minutes. We also live right above a kiosk: our extended fridge.
Wir leben und arbeiten in Bonn und freuen uns auf neuen WG Zuwachs. Hier leben: Sabarna(25), er macht sein PHD in Plant Science und bekocht uns gerne mit leckerem indischem Essen, Alvaro(38), er arbeitet im Verein für Gefährdetenhilfe, und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, Ann(31), sie hat gerade ihren Master beendet und ist Barista, und Niclas(30), er arbeitet bei einem Softwareunternehmen und hat eine Obsession für selbstgemachtes Humus. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG – jede*r kann aber auch gerne mal die Tür zu machen. Unsere Küche ist der Treffpunkt, hier wird gerne zusammen gegessen und gequatscht. Uns ist ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig.

We all live and work in Bonn and are looking forward to welcome a new person. The WG consists of: Sabarna(25), a PHD student in Plant science, who enjoys cooking delicious indian food for us, Ann(31), who just completed her masters and works as a Barista, Alvaro(38), who works for a social association and is always up for fun, Niclas(30) who works for a software company and is obsessed with home-made humus. We enjoy spending time together, but of course everyone can close their door and have time for themselves. Our kitchen is our common space where we meet and chat and sometimes eat together. It is important for us to behave respectfully towards each other.
