The room is quite nice and very sunny. It has basic furnishment with a small cupboard, a bed and a chair (as you can see in the picture). However, you might want to get some additional furniture, that depends on how much you need.
The flat has a very nice balcony with flowers and herbs growing on it. There is two separate bathrooms in the flat.
The location of the flat is fantastic. It is located in the popular Altstadt, which is one of the most lively areas in Bonn with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. It is quite alternative with a lot of students living there. The flat itself is located right next to the Frankenbad where people like to sit in the evening.
The place is connected very well to public transport with three different busstops in 1-2 minute distance and only 10 minutes away from the station Stadthaus.
There is various options for shopping nearby with a REWE in 5 minutes distance and a bakery directly on the opposite of the flat, along with several Kiosks.
You would be living with two girls and a guy. All of them are very friendly and open-minded people who like to hang out together (for example on the beautiful balcony). Jana is doing an internship at Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. Eva is doing social work and Jose from Spain is learning German and working in Gastronomy.
The flat is available now and the new person could move in immediately. It is perfect for someone who needs a room quick for a short amount of time. You would be subrenting the room from one of the main tenants, who is in Chile at the moment.
