Unsere WG breitet sich über zwei Etagen. Das Zimmer was frei wird befindet sich in der unteren, also dritten Etage direkt neben der Küche und mit Fenster zum Hinterhof raus. Es ist ein kleines aber feines quadratisch geschnittenes Zimmer, dass ab mittags - wenn sie denn da ist - von der Sonne erleuchtet wird. Die Decken in der dritten Etage sind recht hoch, also Luft nach oben zum Stapeln. Einige Möbel der Vormieterin (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kommode) können bei Bedarf gerne kostenlos übernommen werden.
Hey there! Our flat is consisting of two floors. The room, that Im moving out of, is on the lower floor, which is the second floor of the total house. Its located next to the kitchen and has a window that pointing towards the pleasantly silent countryard. The room is quadratic with pretty high walls and starting from midday theres a lot of sunlight in the room. I can leave most of my furniture to you for free, if youre interested. Its a double bed, a desk with an office chair and some kind of wardrobe.
Unsere WG liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Bonner Altstadt. Nette Cafés, Kneipen, kleine Läden uvm. sind also direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da wir in einer Nebenstraße wohnen. Der Rhein und die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Stadthaus" und "Wilhelmsplatz". In der Gegend gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Denn´s, Netto, kleiner Bioladen,...). Am Bahnhof und am Uni Hauptgebäude ist man in max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß - also perfekte Lage!
Our flat is located in the cosy old town of Bonn, there arer lots of nice cafes, bars and little shops. The street were living in is pretty quiet. You can reach the city center in a few minutes walking, as well as supermarkets, backery and everything you need for your daily life. The next subway station "Stadthaus" is 5 minutes away walking. Going to the main university building and the train station takes less than 15 minutes walking.
Bisher wohnen wir hier mit drei Frauen, Laura, Anna und Maren (das bin ich, die jetzt Mitte Februar auszieht) und einem Mann, Thijs. Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr herzlich und sobald es sich ergibt Kochen, Essen, Spielen oder Trinken wir Tee/Wein/Bier zusammen - Sonntags wird auch mal zusammen Tatort geschaut. JedeR hat aber auch das Recht auf Ruhe und eine geschlossene Zimmertür ;)
Wir teilen uns außerdem alle Lebensmittel (überwiegend Bio), was bisher super funktioniert und dazu führt, dass frau/man sich auch mal über ein fertiges Abendessen nach einem langen Tag freuen kann. :) Wir freuen uns auf jedeN, der/ die offen dafür ist, aber auch "Neues" mitbringt.
Right now were living here with three woman, Laura, Anna and me (whos moving out) and one guy, Thijs. We enjoy living together and whenever somebody is down for it, were cooking, eating or drinking tea or beer together. Of course everybody has the right of a private space and a closed door as well.
Were sharing all our food (mostly Bio), which is working perfectly and often theres some dinner ready when youre arriving at home. :) were curious and open and were looking forward to everybody who wants to give something new in!
GANZ WICHTG ist, dass die WG zum 30. September aufgelöst wird, weil unsere Vermieterin die ganze Wohnung renovieren und erneuen lassen will. Melde dich also bitte nur bei uns, wenn das auch in deine Pläne passt. Damit wir wissen, dass Du bis zum Ende alles gelesen hast, baue gerne das Wort "Zimtstern" in Deine Nachricht ein ;)
Ich ziehe hier voraussichtlich am 15. Februar aus, dann kannst Du direkt einziehen, offizieller Mieter bist Du dann ab dem 1. März 2019.

IMPORTANT is, that we all are canceling and leaving the flat until 30. of september, because our landlord wants to renew the flat and two of our people here are finishing their master programme in summer.
So please only contact us, if this is according with your plans too.

Im moving out on the 15. of february, so you could move in then immediately. Starting from 1. of march 2019 you would be the official renter of that room.
