as Zimmer ist hell und rechteckig. Das Zimmer liegt auf der Innenhofseite. Eine Wand grenzt an das Treppenhaus. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung für die Lage sehr ruhig. Nachbarn, die es auf der Treppe eilig haben, hört man aber.
Das Zimmer ist bis auf einen Schrank unmöbliert. Dieser kann kostenlos genutzt werden.

The room is bright and rectangular. It faces the Backyard. It shares one Wall with the staircase. Considering its Location the flat ist very quiet. Though one can sometimes hear neighbours running down the stairs.
The room ist unfurnished except a large dresser. You can use it for free. Do not worry. One can buy furniture for very small money on ebay Kleinanzeigen in Bonn.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Bonn. Der Vorteil ist die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Viele Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren direkt vor der Tür ab. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nahe. Innenstadt mit Markt, Geschäften, Fitnesscenter, Ärzten ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bäcker, Dönerladen, Kiosk, Kino und Restaurants sind vor der Haustür. Entsprechend führt aber auch die Hauptstraße direkt vor unserer Haustür entlang. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni in etwa 15- 20 Minuten gemütlich zu erreichen.
The flat ist located in the Center of Bonn. The obvious Advantage is the great Mobility. Lots of Busses and trams Stop here. Main Station ist Close.
The City with a Market, shops, Gym and doctor's ist 5 minutes to Walk. The bakery, Kebab Shop, Kiosk, Cinema and Restaurants are directly in Front of the flat. Accordingly though, the Main road leads in front of the Building AS Well. University ist about 20 minutes by Bike or Bus.
Hallo, ich bin Carina, 27 Jahre alt, Studentin. Ich finde mich relativ normal, aber meine Freunde sagen oft, ich wäre ein wenig verrückt. Ich bin sehr gesellig, brauche entsprechend aber auch lange Ruhephasen für mich. Ich arbeite für meinen Lebensunterhalt teilweise von zu Hause aus und teilweise vor Ort. Ich lebe seit dem ich mein Abitur gemacht habe nicht mehr zu Hause, bin viel gereist und habe jede Menge WG- Erfahrung. Bis vor ein paar Jahren bin ich sehr viel ausgegangen. Mittlerweile gehe ich es ruhiger an. Spieleabende, Pubabende, Kino, Theater oder einfach Zuhause ne Serie schauen, Freunde zum Kochen einladen. Oft mache ich auch Mal nichts. Das Zimmer wird frei, weil mein Freund leider arbeitsbedingt nach Frankfurt umziehen muss. Nun wünsche ich mir eine liebe Mitbewohnerin oder einen lieben Mitbewohner. Damit das auch klappt, hier hart ehrlich Fakten über mich. Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr entspannt, gleichzeitig mag ich es nicht, wenn Leute unselbständig sind und vor allem in Haushalt nicht wie abgesprochen anpacken. Nach Absprache kann ruhig Mal was liegen bleiben.
Geht gar nicht: ständig Schmutz und Chaos, Schuhe in der Wohnung, schlecht mit meinen Sachen umgehen.
Geht immer: Zusammen kochen, Filmabend, 1,2,3.. Glas Wein, draußen sein, Musik machen, rumalbern, gemeinsam putzen, weil's mehr Spaß macht als alleine
Hello my Name is Carina, 27 y.o., Student. I consider myself relatively normal but my friend often say, i am a Bit nuts. (AS in lovable nuts). I am very sociable, but need a lot of me time, too. I am working for my living from Home and out. I moved Out after finishing high school, have been traveling quite a bit and have a lot of experience in living in shared Flats. Until a couple of years ago, I went out a much, but now I have become much more quiet. Game nights, Pub nights, Cinema, theatre, inviting Friends over for Dinner, simply doing nothing oder watching series. The room is available because my boyfriend found a new Job in Frankfurt and moves there. Now I am looking for a lovely new room Mate.
For a good living together, I will very honestly describe some facts about myself. Basically, i am a very relaxed Person. At the Same time it Drives me nuts when people are Not Independent and do not do their Part in the household as agreed. After talking about Things, I do Not Mind, If the Cleaning waits one or two days of course. Life ist more important than cleaning.
Donts: constant dirt and Chaos, shoes in the Appartement, Not treating my Things Well
Does: watching movies together, cooking together, 1,2,3.. Glasses of wine, going outside, making Music, House cleaning together, cause IT IS more fun than alone.
P.s. ne Party WG ist das hier nicht. Wenn du dich noch nicht ausgetobt hast und viel Feiern willst, dann melde dich bitte nicht. Das ist eine wunderschöne Phase im Leben, die ich schon hinter mir habe;). Nette sit ins sind gelegentlich natürlich erlaubt und erwünscht:)
