Ich vermiete meine Altstadtwohnung vom 01.08. bis 22.10.2020 unter!
2 Zimmer sowie große, gemütliche Wohnküche incl. Spülmaschine, Diele, Bad und Balkon nach hinten raus und Mitbenutzung des Hofes.
Zentrale Lage: direkt am Stadthaus (mit Bahn- und Bushaltestellen) und trotzdem extrem ruhig gelegen, da nach hinten raus.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so zum Leben braucht plus Waschmaschine und Trockenraum. Auf Anfrage gibt es gerne weitere Bilder.
Zudem gibt es überdachte Unterstellbereiche für das Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hell und freundlich, das Wohnzimmer geht nach vorne raus und die große, gemütliche Wohnküche und das sehr große Schlafzimmer gehen mit dem Balkon nach hinten raus.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der schönen Altstadt Bonns und ist nach hinten raus gelegen mit einem Balkon und Innenhof-Mitbenutzung, daher sehr ruhig. Man ist überall bequem und schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Es liegt kein Anwohnerparkausweis vor, man findet aber überall einen Parkplatz.
Zum Stadthaus/der Innenstadt und damit Bus und Bahn sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung ist sowohl für eine Einzelperson als auch für ein Pärchen super geeignet. DIe Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, und in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit sehr netten Nachbarn.
