Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Parvi wegziehen muss, suchen wir dich: unkompliziert und einigermaßen bereit in Harmonie mit uns und der Wohnung zu leben.
Die Lage ist perfekt (Bertha-von-Suttner Platz ist mit 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Schwimmbad ist vor der Tür, beste Hummus in Town 5 Minuten).
Bewohnt wird das Ganze von
Ivan (klingt Russisch, er kommt aber aus Kolumbien und macht seinen Doktor in Physik)
Dimitri (klingt Russisch und ist Russisch, kommt aus Sankt Petersburg und verbringt in Bonn nur 10 Tage im Monat, ist also selten zu treffen; er arbeitet als Journalist bei DW)
300 Euro ist Endpreis, also GEZ und Internet sind schon mitdrin!
