Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß, und hat auf der einen Seite Dachschrägen. Es hat Laminatboden und ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Sonnenlicht kommt. Die Vormieterin überlässt dir gegen einen Abschlag 150€ ihre gute erhaltenen Möbel da (Ikea-Kleiderschrank, Bett, Matratze, Bürostuhl, einfache Bücherregale).
Unser Gemeinschaftsraum ist die Küche. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, sämtliche Koch- und Putzutensilien). Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Kellerraum. Im Keller befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Das Badezimmer ist groß und verfügt sogar über eine Badewanne. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, besonders auf die Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 300€ pro Monat (Kaution 555€). Wir haben ein paar der Möbel der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume in der letzten Zeit erneuert, aber Ideen und handwerkliche Fähigkeiten zur Verschönerung unserer Wohnung sind natürlich immer willkommen.

The room has an area of 14 square meters, and it fits nicely the furniture of a single person. The floor is laminated and there is a large window which assures a bright room during the day and a nice view of the moon at night. We are looking for a person who is able to buy the furniture from our previous flatmate for 150 € (including well-preserved white IKEA wardrobe, bed, mattress, chair and book shelves).
Our common areas are equipped with most of the things you may need (Oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, etc.), plus a storage room in the basement next to a free-to-use washing machine for our flat. The bathroom is bright and spacious, with a bathtub and a large window. Moreover, we have a small balcony with a cool view, where you can relax and get some fresh air.
The rent is 300 Euros per month, with a deposit of 555 Euros to be paid when you move in (Refundable when you leave, of course). We have updated the look and furniture of the common areas of the flat over the years, but contributions, ideas and/or handcraft skills are always welcome to improve the flat’s life quality.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegen die Haltestellen für Bus (Linie 600 und 601, SB60) und Straßenbahn (Linie 61 und 65). Den Hauptbahnhof erreichst du in 15 min. mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr oder dem Fahrrad.

The place is located in the last floor of a small building between the Altstadt and Castell sectors, just 5 minutes walk away from the Rhine and 10-15 minutes walk from the Altstadt.
Transportation is not an issue: Tram line 61 and 65, bus lines 600, 601 and even SB60 (To the airport) stop 5 minutes away from the place. You will be in the Central Station in 15 minutes using public transport or your bike.
Wir sind Ivan und Dmitry und wir suchen eine*n nette*n, ordentliche*n und verantwortungsbewusste*n Mitbewohner*in. Da wir beide einen festen Job haben, sind wir nicht oft zu Hause. Das sollte kein Problem für dich sein! Wir suchen jemanden zwischen 25 und 37 Jahren, der*die sich in den Putzplan einbringt und ein festes Einkommen hat.
Iván (30) ist in Kolumbien geboren und befindet sich gerade im vierten Jahr seines Promotionsstudiums an der Uni Bonn (Physik). Er interessiert sich für Fotographie, geht gern wandern, schaut aber auch gerne mal einen Film oder eine Serie. Er hört, spielt und tanzt zu jeder Art von Musik, spielt gern Brettspiele. Freie Zeit nutzt er besonders zum reisen.
Dmitry (37) wurde in Sankt Petersburg geboren und arbeitet bei der Deutschen Welle als Journalist, weshalb er zwischen Bonn und Berlin pendelt (eigentlich ist er nur selten Zuhause). Er schaut gern Filme oder Sonnenuntergänge am Rhein und fährt gern Skateboard.

Our names are Ivan and Dmitry, and we are looking for a nice, clean and responsible person to move into one of the rooms of our cozy flat. As we both have a stable job which keeps us away from the house for long periods, we would like to live with somebody who agrees with this situation, helps to keep the house organised, has a stable income and who is also between 25 and 37 years old.
Ivan (30) was born in Colombia and he is in the fourth year of his PhD in Physics at the University of Bonn. He likes taking photographs, going for a hike or to the movies, listening/playing/dancing all sorts of music, playing boardgames, watching TV series and travelling to new places whenever he has the time for it. He is looking forward to go back to most of those things after the Corona-times. Dmitry (37) was born in Saint Petersburg, works for Deutsche Welle as journalist and lives on the road between Bonn and Berlin (actually he is never at home). His preferences changed during quarantine, now he loves things he cannot do, but movies, sunsets on the Rhein and skateboard are always welcome.
