Zentrale Altbau WG

Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die Haltestelle 'Bonn West' ist fußläufig in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof gelangt man mit dem Fahrrad schnell und ist so gut an Köln angebunden. Auch die Altstadt ist nur einige Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Edeka sowie ein Penny Markt. Auch ein Fitness Studio oder der Obi Markt sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. So hat man wirklich vieles direkt in der Nähe.

Our house is very centrally located. The train station 'Bonn West' is within walking distance of about 3 minutes. The main station of Bonn can be reached quickly by bicycle and is well connected to Cologne. The old town is also only a few minutes away. In the immediate vicinity there is an Edeka and a Penny Market. A fitness studio or the Obi Market are also only a stone's throw away. So you really have a lot of things in the immediate vicinity.

In der WG leben Paula (24) und Mario (38). Paula studiert Psychologie und ist auch in ihrer Freizeit sehr engagiert. Mario hat Geschichte studiert und ist schon etwas länger im Berufsleben. Er macht gerne Ausflüge in die Natur.
Die beiden sind super liebe und nette Mitbewohner, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten kann. Es wird gerne zusammen gesessen und sich unterhalten. Im Haus gibt es außerdem noch drei weitere WGs, insgesamt wohnen 12 Menschen in der Eifel19. Es gibt auch noch zwei Katzen, die jeder Wohnung gerne mal einen Besuch abstatten oder den Garten unsicher machen.
Unser Garten ist bei guten Wetter ein beliebter Ort, um zusammen zu sitzen.
Unsere Hausgemeinschaft lebt davon, dass wir auch untereinander viel Kontakt haben. Manchmal gibt es große Kochabende, aber auch zum Kartenspielen oder einfach nur auf einen Plausch trifft man sich. Wir wünschen uns daher immer Menschen, die auch Lust auf so etwas haben und nicht auf der Suche nach einer reinen Zweck WG sind.

Paula (24) and Mario (38) are living in the WG. Paula studies psychology and is also very dedicated in her free time. Mario has studied history and has been working for some time. He likes to make excursions into nature.
The two of them are super dear and nice roommates with whom you can have a good conversation. They like to sit together and talk. In the house there are also three more flat shares, altogether 12 people live in the Eifel19. There are also two cats that like to visit each apartment or make the garden unsafe.
Our garden is a popular place to sit together when the weather is good.
Our house community lives from the fact that we also have a lot of contact with each other. Sometimes there are big cooking evenings, but we also meet for playing cards or just for a chat. We therefore always want people who are interested in such things and are not just looking for a pure purpose shared flat.

Zur Zeit zahle ich den Stromvertrag bei Naturstrom. Diesen müsstest Du dann übernehmen.

At the moment I pay the electricity contract with Naturstrom. You would have to take over this one.
