Hallo!
Ich suche hier einen Nachmieter für mein 11qm Zimmer in Bonn Zentrum, da ich durchs Studium zwei Freundinnen kennen gelernt habe und nun mit Ihnen zusammen ziehen will! Das Zimmer ist renoviert und ist zur Süd-Seite ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und dazu gehören Küche, Bad, Waschkeller und Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof man läuft vielleicht eine Minute. Die Haltestelle Thomas-Mann-Straße liegt auch ca eine Minute entfernt und der Busbahnhof so ca. 2-3! Dadurch das alles so nah dran ist kommt man auch sehr schnell zu den verschiedenen Campus hin. Bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich zB. zum Poppelsdorfer Campus auch gut laufen! Ein Aldi und DM ist ca. 1 Minute entfernt und ein Rewe ca. 5, aber man ist hier so zentral eigentlich ist alles in der Nähe!
In der WG wohnt neben dir dann noch Amalia (20) die als Erstsemester Biologie studiert, und Sebastian (25) der Biochemie studiert! Die beiden sind super lieb und es lässt sich sehr gut mit Ihnen zusammen leben! Im ganzen Haus sind noch 3 andere WGs, auf jeder Etage eine.
In der Miete enthalten ist schon alles bis auf Strom, Internet und GEZ das zahlt die WG zusammen (das sind so ca 49€ pro Monat pro Person) und es muss ein Abschlag für die Waschmaschine im Keller und den Herd bezahlt werden das sind einmalig 80€.
