Das Zimmer ist in einer recht modern eingerichteten WG mit Blick zum Vorgarten und Fenster zur Sonnenseite! So kann man sich auch noch während intensiver Lernphasen bräunen. Den Vorgarten dürfen wir auch gerne mit benutzen.
Im Zimmer ist Laminat in Holzoptik, der restliche Teil der Wohnung ist gefliest. Das Bad selber ist wirklich schön eingerichtet, mit einer Dusche mit großen Glastüren und weißen Fliesen, sodas es sehr hell und freundlich wirkt.
In der Küche befindet sich noch ein schöner Esstisch, an dem auch der größte Teil des WG-Lebens statt findet. Töpfe, Geschirr etc. ist auch alles vorhanden, sowie ein wirklich großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, für Frischefanatiker sowie für TK-Pizzadiäten sind also alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt.
Zudem gehören zum Zimmer noch ein Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine im Wäschekeller. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine exzellente Kaffeemaschine in der Küche! Außerdemkann eine Hantelbank im Keller mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in (studentischer) Luxuslage. Du bist in 5min Fußweg bei der Uni, beim Bus in die Stadt, oder bei einem der vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe ...) da. Auch zum Poppelsdorfer Schloss ist es nicht weit, wenn man also spontan in einem Park entspannen möchte, oder in eine der nahen Bars den Abend ausklingen lassen möchte, muss nicht großartig geplant werden. Für Jogger befindet sich eine schöne Joggingstrecke in der Nähe durch das Messdorfer Feld die auch gut für alle Jogging-level anpassbar ist.

The room is in a very modern flat share with a view of the front garden and a window to the sunny side! So you can get a tan even during intensive learning phases. We are also welcome to use the front garden.
The room is laminate with a wood look, the rest of the apartment is tiled. The bathroom itself is really nicely furnished, with a shower with large glass doors and white tiles, so that it looks very bright and friendly.
In the kitchen there is also a nice dining table, where most of the shared living takes place. Pots, dishes, etc., everything is also available, as well as a really large refrigerator with freezer compartment, so all requirements are met for freshness fanatics and frozen pizza diets.
The room also has a cellar compartment and a washing machine in the laundry room. There is also an excellent coffee maker in the kitchen! A weight bench in the basement can also be used.
location
The apartment is located in a (student) luxury location. You are in a 5-minute walk to the university, to the bus to the city, or to one of the many shops (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe ...). It's also not far to Poppelsdorf Castle, so if you want to spontaneously relax in a park or end the evening in one of the nearby bars, you don't have to plan well. For joggers there is a nice jogging route nearby through the Messdorfer Feld, which can also be easily adapted for all jogging levels.
