Gemütliche 3er WG sucht Zwischenmieterin!

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man 10min, bis zum Rhein 1min. Ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuß 3min. Das Hauptgebäude der Universität erreicht man ebenfalls zu Fuß in 3min. Bis zum Campus Poppelsdorf sind es mit dem Bus 10min oder mit dem Rad 8min. Alle Orte, an denen man sich als Student in Bonn so aufhält, sind somit zu Fuß sehr entspannt erreichbar. Solltest du doch mal etwas weiter raus müssen: 4min vom Haus entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle (Am Markt), an der fast alle Busse fahren, die auch am Hauptbahnhof halten. Da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt, ist es trotz der Lage sehr ruhig.

The location couldn't be better. On foot you can reach the central station in 10min, the Rhein in 1min and the city centre in 3min. The main building of the university is just across the street. The Campus Poppelsdorf can be reached in 8min by bike or in 10min by bus. You can therefore reach nearly everything you need as a student in Bonn very comfortably on foot. In case you need to go further, there is a bus stop located just 4min away. Even though it is so central, the flat is on a very quiet street. The loudest noise you will be hearing is birds singing in spring.

Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind Vivi und Anna. Vivi ist aktuell als Untermieterin da, bis Christina aus ihrem Erasmus Semester in Portugal zurückkommt. Anna hat gerade einen Master in Biologie angefangen. Die zwei Mädels sind super lieb und immer für einen spontanen Trip zum Markt oder ein Gläschen Wein am Abend zu haben. Wir haben schon oft zusammen gekocht oder Filme geschaut, aber das richtet sich natürlich immer danach wer wann wie viel Zeit hat :) Es ist aber definitiv keine Zweck-WG, du solltest also offen sein und dich nicht zu sehr abschotten (es sei denn es stehen gerade Klausuren an natürlich).

My two flatmates are Vivi and Anna. Vivi is currentl subletting her room from Christina, who will be back from her Erasmus stay in Lissabon next spring. Anna has just started her master's degree in biology. The two girls are super kind and fun to be around; they're always down for a spontaneous trip to the farmer's market or a glass of wine in the evenings. We sometimes cook together or watch films, but of course that always depends on who has how much time and when :) This is definitely not 'just' a place to sleep though, so you should be open and not keep to yourself all too much (unless there's upcoming exams or something else of course).

Im angegebenen Mietpreis sind Strom und Wasser bereits enthalten. Die "Sonstigen Kosten" betreffen unseren Internet Vertrag, und logischerweise fällt auch die GEZ Gebühr zusätzlich dazu an, das regeln wir aber unter uns und teilen das fair auf. Die Kaution bekommst du am Ende der Mietzeit natürlich zurück, die dient nur zur Sicherheit für mich da ich alle Möbel selbst neu gekauft habe.
Da ich vollständig geimpft bin, kannst du gerne vorbeikommen und dir alles ansehen. Alternativ kann ich dir aber auch gerne alles in einem Whatsapp/Zoom-call zeigen.

The rent includes electricity and water. The additional 11 euros concern our internet contract, and it is also mandatory in Germany to pay the GEZ fees. Divided by three those would come up to about 6 euros a month. You will be refunded the full deposit at the end of your stay, as I only want that for safety since I bought all the furniture brand new myself.
Visitations are possible on-site or via Zoom/Whatsapp-Call.
