Das Zimmer, bietet einen angnehmen Rückzugsort, wo man sich nach langen Arbeits- oder Unitagen gut zurückziehen- und entspannen kann. Während 13m2 auf Anhieb eher klein klingen, kann man mit ein wenig kreativität bei der Möbelwahl das Zimmer toll in einen Schlaf- und Chillbereich aufteilen. Durch das große Fenster scheint beinahe den ganzen Tag die Sonne (indirekt vom Gebäude gegenüber gespiegelt) in das Zimmer, und es ist sehr hell, jedoch nie heiß.
Aus dem Fenster blickt Mensch auf die ikonische Rheingasse, auf der Tagsüber viel Leben tobt, welches immer eine Überraschung und Entertainment bietet!
Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional aufgeteilt mit mittelgroßer Küche und Bad. Die anderen beiden Zimmer in der WG sind an die Terrasse/ den Wintergarten angeschlossen und es besteht zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein Recht auf Passage ;)
Womit wir beim Herzstück der Wohnung wären: Die gigantisch große 35m2 Süd-Terrasse, auf der Mensch fröhliche Samstage und faule Sonntage an der frischen Luft verbringen kann. Nicht nur gibt es eine große Terrasse, sondern auch einen Wintergarten, der im Winter oder Abends für Zusammenkünfte und als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann.

The room offers a pleasant retreat where one can retreat and relax after a long day of work or study. While 13m2 sounds rather small right away, with a little creativity when choosing furniture, you can divide the room into a sleeping and chilling area. The sun shines through the large window almost all day (reflected indirectly by the building opposite) and the room is very bright, but never hot.
People look out the window at the iconic Rheingasse, where a lot of life rages during the day, which always offers a surprise and entertainment!
The apartment itself is functionally divided with a medium-sized kitchen and bathroom. The other two rooms in the shared apartment are connected to the terrace/conservatory and there is a right to passage at any time of the day or night ;)
Which brings us to the heart of the apartment: the gigantic 35m2 south-facing terrace, where people can spend happy Saturdays and lazy Sundays in the fresh air. Not only is there a large terrace, but also a conservatory which can be used in winter or in the evenings for gatherings and as a living room.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Zum Rhein-Radweg ist es weniger als 1 Minute auf dem mensch schnell zu den Ministerien, den Vereinten Nationen oder der GIZ kommt. Zu fuß sind es zur Universität keine 5 Minuten und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Durch die nähe zum Rhein kann hat man Bonns liebste Freizeitmeile direkt vor der Nase und kann morgens/ abends Joggen/radeln/skaten gehen.
Die Bonner Innenstadt mit ihrer weitläufigen Fußgängerzone und vielen Läden ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Hier gibt es verschieden kleine Restaurants und auch einen Markt.

The apartment is super centrally located. It is less than 1 minute to the Rhine cycle path and you can quickly get to the ministries, the United Nations or the GIZ. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the university and the main train station can also be reached in less than 15 minutes. Due to the proximity to the Rhine, Bonn's favorite leisure mile is right in front of your nose and you can go jogging/cycling/skating in the morning/evening.
Bonn's city center with its extensive pedestrian zone and many shops is just a stone's throw away. There are various small restaurants and also a market.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Bibi und Adrian. Adrian lebt von uns allen am längsten hier und ist Doktorand der Neurowissenschaften an der Universität Bonn. Bibi lebt seit nun mehr einem halben Jahr in der WG und befindet sich zur Zeit in der Vorbereitung auf ihr erstes Staatsexamen!
Unter der Woche folgen wir alle unseren routinen und kommen uns durch unsere unterschiedlichen Lebensabschnitte quasi nicht in die Quere. Abends kann gemeinsam gekocht oder sich unterhalten werden aber auch das rückziehen und alleine zur Ruhe kommen ist gut möglich!
Am Wochenende gehen wir gerne aus, laden Freunde ein und machen auch manchmal eine große Sause.

You share the apartment with Bibi and Adrian. Adrian has lived here the longest of all of us and is a doctoral candidate in neuroscience at the University of Bonn. Bibi has been living in the flat for more than half a year now and is currently preparing for her first state exam!
During the week we all follow our routines and don't get in each other's way because of our different stages in life. In the evening you can cook together or chat, but it is also possible to withdraw and relax on your own!
We like to go out at the weekend, invite friends over and sometimes have a big break.
Internationals are very welcome!
We are looking ideally for someone to stay for a long period with us :)
Other than the little white closet, you are free to bring any furniture with you.
