Ich mache eine Erasmus in Bonn und muss ich leider in August zurück in Heimat gehen und meines geliebtes Zimmer zurückgeben. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 und hat sehr schönen Holzboden, wie der Rest der Wohnung auch. Die Wohnung ist in eine sehr schöne renovierte Altbau und hat einen Garten! Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert mit eines 140cm Bett, eine Matratze, eine Antiquitäten Schrank mit ein Spiegel, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl und einen kleinen Möbel. Ich gebe auch den vintage Sessel, den Nachtkätschen , eine zweite Matratze ( sehr praktisch für Gäste) den Vorhang und die Vorhangstange für 80 euros.

I am doing an Erasmus until mid- August in Bonn. Therefore I have to give up my beloved room! The room is 20 m2 big and has beautiful wooden floorings. The flat share is part of a beautiful old building and has been redone last year. We are also very lucky to have a beautiful garden all to ourselves !The room already comes fully furnished with a 140 cm bed, a mattress, an antiquity cupboard with a mirror, a desk with a chair and a small organizing piece of furniture. I will also be giving a nightstand, a curtain, a vintage armchair and a second mattress ( located under the bed. It is very practical if you have people coming to visit you) fo 80 euros.
Diese Wohnung ist in die perfekt Lage!. 5 Minuten fussläufig von den Zentrum und den Bahnhof. Du kannst auch innerhalb 10 Minuten in Poppelsdorf laufen. Es gibt auch sehr nähe Bushaltestellen. Perfekt für Studenten! Die Wohnung ist auch in eine sehr schöne Viertel mit sehr schöne Kaffees. Es gibt auch Platz vor den Wg um ein Fahrrad zu haben.

This flat share is in the perfect area! It is a 5 minute walking distance from the city centre and the train station. A 10 minute walk from Poppelsdorf area (where the university is) and the botanic garden. Perfect for Students! There are also a lot of bus stops near the flat share. The area is also very pretty, filled with beautiful buildings and cute Cafés. There is also a space for your bike in front of our building
Die WG hat 6 andere super lieben Mädchen. Es gibt eine sehr gut und angenehme Atmosphäre! Wir treffen uns gerne in die Küche oder in den Garten. Wir machen auch Sachen zusammen wie den Weihnachtsmarkt oder ein Secret Santa in Winter und Barbecues in den Garten im Sommer. Wir sind aller Studentinnen und eine arbeitet schon auch. Wir studieren verschieden Fächer wie Medizin, Biologie und Kriminalwissenschaften. Sie sind alle deutsche Mädchen, also es ist eine deutschsprachige Wg aber sie sprechen auch sehr gut Englisch und eine spricht auch Höllandisch!

Your 6 future flat mates are very friendly and kind. The atmosphere in the flat share is very welcoming and relaxed. We often spend time together cooking or in the garden. We are all students even one of also works at the same time. We study different things such as Medecine, Biologie and Criminal sciences. They are all from Germany so we speak german in the flat share but they also speak very good English.
Die Wg war renoviert letztes Jahr also alles ist in sehr gute Bedingungen. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, und Wäscheständern. In der Küche gibt es aller das man brauchen ( ein Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, ein Toaster, ein Kessel, ein Mixer, ein Crêpe-Maschine.. ).
Außerdem hat die Wohnung zwei Badezimmern und zwei Küchern. Das ist sehr praktisch!
Die Nebenkosten sind nur de WLAN und sind circa 3 euros.
Das Zimmer sollte ab dem 15. 08 vermieten ( ein bisschen früher ist auch möglich) und sie können dann bis wann sie wollen.
Du kannst untermieten bis Ende September (520 euros) und dann weiter vermietern.
Wenn die Miete für 6 Monaten oder 1 Jahr gezahlt ist, ist die Miete günstiger (520 euros).
Wenn das Zimmer gefällt dir du kannst gerne mir eine Nachricht mit ein paar Wörter über dich ( was du studierst, deine Hobbys,..) schicken.

The flat share was redone last year so everything is in very good condition. We have a washing machine and washing stands. In the kitchens there is all that you need with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a boiler, a mixer and even a Crêpes machine!
The flat share has 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens which is very practical!
The room would be free from the 15th of August ( it would also be available a bit sooner if needed)
The room is cheaper if you pay for 6 months or a Year (520 euros).
