Zentrale WG sucht nette Mitbewohnerin

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Uni Hauptgebäude und die Innenstadt beginnt quasi auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wenn man doch mal mit den Öffis wohin muss, erreicht man die nächste Haltestelle in 3 min zu Fuß, der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 min. entfernt. Zum entspannten Spaziergang lädt der Rhein ein, der auch nur 50 m entfernt liegt.

The location is really great! The apartment is located directly at the main university building and the city center begins almost on the other side of the street. If you have to go somewhere with the public transport, you can reach the next stop in 3 minutes on foot, the main train station is about 10 minutes away. The Rhine, which is only 50 m away, invites you to take a relaxing walk.

Wir suchen ab November eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Wir sind Lucy (20 Jahre) und Julia (23 Jahre).

Lucy: Ich bin Lucy und studiere im dritten Semester Archäologie und Englisch. Ich bin sehr tierlieb und mache gerne Sport. Schwimmen gehen finde ich super, mache ich aber momentan viel zu selten. Ich mag es, was mit Freunden oder Kommilitonen zu unternehmen und verbringe auch gerne mal Wochenenden bei meiner Familie und Hunden in der Heimat. Eine Runde spazieren gehen machen wir (Julia und Ich) auch gelegentlich, wenn uns in der Wohnung die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Sonst bin ich ein Fan von Tom Holland und Harry Styles und Julia im Spiel Skyjo zu schlagen 

Julia: Ich bin Julia und studiere im sechsten Semester Geographie. Wenn ich nicht gerade auf Exkursion bin, fahre ich super gerne Rennrad, chille mit Freunden im Hofgarten, oder schaue gemütlich eine Serie mit Lucy. Außerdem koche ich gerne (vegetarisch, versuche aber eigentlich vegan). Insgesamt bin ich ein sehr aktiver Mensch und sitze nur ungern den ganzen Tag in meinem Zimmer (so wie jetzt gerade wegen Corona ). Ich werde allerdings im Winter meine Bachelorarbeit schreiben, weswegen ich wohl oder übel doch mehr Zeit zuhause verbringen muss…

We are looking for a new roommate from October (earlier move-in probably possible). We are Lucy (20 years old) and Julia (23 years old).

Lucy: I'm Lucy and I'm in my third semester studying Archeology and English. I am very fond of animals and like to do sports. I like to go swimming sometimes, but I do it far too rarely at the moment. I also enjoy doing things with friends or fellow students as well asI like to spend weekends with my family and dogs at home. We (Julia and I) also go for a walk occasionally when the ceiling in the apartment falls on our heads. Otherwise I'm a big fan of Tom Holland and Harry Styles and to beat Julia in the game Skyjo :D

Julia: I'm Julia and I'm studying geography in the sixth semester. When I'm not on an excursion, I really enjoy riding my racing bike, chilling with friends in the courtyard garden, or comfortably watching a series with Lucy. I also like to cook (vegetarian, but actually try vegan). Overall, I am a very active person and I don't like sitting in my room all day. However, I will write my bachelor thesis in winter, which is why I have to spend more time at home for better or worse...

Wir hätten gerne eine Mitbewohnerin die sich aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligt und offen dafür ist auch mal was gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Natürlich hängen wir auch nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander (das lässt unser Alltag gar nicht zu), aber jetzt wo der Winter kommt schauen wir doch sehr gerne mal abends einen Film zusammen und trinken dabei ganz viel Tee. Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Garten, in dem wir manchmal mit den anderen WGs aus dem Haus zusammen grillen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Wir würden uns natürlich auch freuen, wenn wir ab und zu deinen Balkon mitbenutzen dürften :D.
Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan, der sehr gut funktioniert (bei drei Personen verliert man auch nicht so leicht den Überblick). Generell sind wir sehr ordentlich und räumen unseren Dreck nach dem Kochen direkt weg, sodass andere das nicht machen müssen. Daran sollte sich auch gehalten werden. Wir freuen uns schon sehr dich kennenzulernen :)

We would like to have a roommate who actively participates in the life of the shared flat and is open to doing something together. Of course we don't hang out with each other all the time (our everyday life doesn't allow that), but now that winter is coming we like to watch a movie together in the evening and drink a lot of tea. The apartment also has a garden where we sometimes have a barbecue with the other shared flats in the house and end the evening. Of course we would also be happy if we could use your balcony from time to time :D.
We also have a cleaning schedule that works very well (with three people it's not so easy to lose track). In general, we are very tidy and clean up our mess immediately after cooking, so that others don't have to do it. This should also be adhered to. We are looking forward to get to know you :)
