Das Zimmer ist das Größte der 7er WG. Es hat eine große Hochebene und schöne große Fenster. Die Vorhänge gehören beim Zimmer dazu. Der Kleiderschrank, das kleine weiße Ikea Regal und der Schreibtisch gehören dem Vermieter und können übernommen werden.
Es gibt eine „Küchenschrank“, der in einer so großen WG sehr praktisch ist. :)
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit schönen hohen Decken.
Das Zimmer müsste direkt bis zum 31.09.2024 übernommen werden. :)
Die Wohnung liegt im super zentral und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 5 Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Uni-Hauptgebäude ebenso. Ansonsten grenzt die Wohnung an die Südstadt an.
In der Wohnung werden jetzt noch 1-3 andere Mitbewohnerinnen ausziehen. Die die noch bleiben studieren zum teil Jura, VWL und Pharmazie. Alle Mitbewohnerinnen sind super super lieb und ich habe mich immer sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG, ab und zu wurde zusammen gefeiert, essen bestellt oder Spiele Abende gemacht:))
Es gibt einen Putzplan der auch ernst genommen wird:)
