Hallo!
Ich bin Orgelbauerin in der Ausbildung, dadurch viel unterwegs und suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete ab 1. Juni 2024 bis Ende Oktober 2024 für mein Zimmer. Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Isa und Katharina sind super angenehm und das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Außerdem ist unsere schöne Dachgeschosswohnung nahe der Bonner Altstadt.
Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 11m2 groß, aber gemütlich mit allem eingerichtet. Die Möbel werden auch alle im Zimmer verbleiben, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Kommode im Zimmer sowie eine Wandniesche außerhalb des Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für Kleidung und anderes.
Unsere Küche ist ausgestattet mit vier Herdplatten, einem kleinen Ofen und zwei kleinen Kühlschränken mit Eisfach. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Regal, wo jede von uns ihre Essensvorräte lagern kann.
Das Bad hat ein Dachfenster und Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken - das Übliche. Unsere Waschmaschine steht im Keller und zum trocknen haben wir Wäscheständer in der WG.
Im Mietpreis von 350€ sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten und eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ wäre vorab zu entrichten.

Hello,
I'm doing an apprenticeship in pipe organ building and therefore often on construction sites. This is why I'm subleasing my room an a shared flat starting from 1st of June until the end of October 2024. My flatmates Isa and Katharina are super nice and living together is very relaxed. Our flat is quite small but very cute and also close to the Altstadt.
My room is only 11sqm but offers everything one may need. There furniture will stay in the room as well as all the bed stuff (pillow, mattress, blanket, bed linen...) and towels. In the drawer and the closet outside the room is enough space to store clothes.
Our kitchen is fully equipped except a dishwasher. We have two small fridges, 4 stove tops and a smal oven. Food can be stored in a shelf in the kitchen.
The bathroom has natural light, a shower a toilet and a basin – the regular stuff. Our washing machine is located in the basement and for drying clothes we have racks in the flat.
The rent is 350€ all-inclusive and a deposit of 500€ has to be placed beforehand.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Kölnstraße. Zu Fuß bist du innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei der Straßenbahnstation Rosental. Die schöne Bonner Altstadt mit jeder Menge Cafés, Kneipen und kleinen Läden liegt auch um die Ecke. Aldi, Rewe und kleine Lebensmittelläden sind innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und wenn's ganz schnell gehen muss, haben wir gegenüber auch eine kleine Pizzeria sowie ein sehr gutes tibetisches Restaurant :) Selbst zum Hauptbahnhof geht es in 10-15 Minuten, je nach Art der Fortbewegung.
Und wenn du es sportlich magst, bist du in 5 Minuten an der Rheinpromenade und kannst spazieren gehen, joggen oder Rad fahren. Und faulenzen natürlich auch!
Wenn du ein Rad hast, kannst du das sicher und trocken bei uns im Hausflur abstellen. Autoparkplätze findest du in der Gegend aber auch.

The flat is located near Kölnstraße. Within 5 minutes you're a the tram station Rosental. The cute Altstadt with its cafes, bars and little shops is also just around the corner. Various supermarkets in 2 – 5 minutes walking distance and if you're very hungry theres a pizza place and a himalayan restaurant just at the corner.
By bike or tram it'll take only 10 – 15 minutes to reach Bonn main station.
If you're sporty or just want to walk the the riverside it'll take you 5 – 10 minutes to get there. It's perfect for jogging, biking, walking or skating. If you own a bike it can easly be stored in the houses hallway where it's save and dry. Also close by it's possible to park a car if necessary.
Isa studiert in Bonn im Master Naturschutz und Landschaftsökologie und Kathatina hat eben ihren Psychologie Master begonnen. Wir sind gern unterwegs, ob Radfahren, Fußball spielen, tanzen oder ins Kino gehen. Wir kochen und backen gern in der WG und plaudern gern am Küchentisch :)
Wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich auch einfach zurück ziehen.

Isa currently writes her masters thesis in nature conservation and landscape ecology, plays soccer and enjoys hiking. Katharina just started her masters degree in psychology, plays music and sings, as well as likes to dance. Also everyone enjoys cooking or baking and have a chat in the kitchen :)
If one needs their private time it's absolutely no problem to take it.
