Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert. So wie das ganze Haus. Das Schlafzimmer hat ca. 12 m². Hinzu kommt ein weiteres Zimmer das als Büro genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt hat das Haus 115 m². Die restlichen Räume wie Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Die Lage ist zentral. Alles im "Stadtzentrum" ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Anschluss an den Ringzug ist nicht weiter entfernt.
Grundvoraussetzung sollte gegenseitige Sympathie sein. Wenn man sich versteht kommt der Rest von alleine. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Garten, wo man vieles gemeinsam tun kann. Gerne stelle ich mir auch mal gemeinsame Unternehmungen und Aktionen vor
