Eure WG hat 2,5 Zimmer und ca. 80 qm auf zwei Etagen. Die Gartenblick-Wohnküche ist ca. 30 qm groß. Die beiden Abstellräume machen zusammen auch knapp 15 qm aus. Die Wohnung wurde 2022 komplett renoviert.
Oben befinden sich die zwei WG Zimmer (plus Flur und ca. 8 qm Vollbad). Und nicht zu vergessen: eine kleine Garage, welche wir gemeinsam für die Fahrradabstellung nutzen.
Die Küche bleibt drin. Wir stellen im Gemeinschaftsraum außerdem ein Sofa, Tisch und Stühle sowie für jedes der zwei Zimmer einen Schrank und eine Matratze.
Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit je ca. 15qm, welche jeweils pro Monat 400 Euro All Inclusive kosten.

Your flat has 2. 5 rooms and about 80 sqm on two floors. The garden view kitchen with living room is about 30 sqm. The two storage rooms together also make up just under 15 sqm. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022.
Upstairs are the two rooms (plus the bathroom). And not to forget: a small garage, which we use together for bicycle storage.
We rent a sofa, table and chairs in the common room, and a closet and mattress for each of the two rooms.
There are two rooms of about 15sqm each, which cost 400 euros per month all inclusive.
Unsere Straße ist quasi nicht befahren und die Nachbarschaft insgesamt sehr ruhig und fast ländlich. Dennoch ist der Bahnhof Aumund maximal einen Kilometer entfernt. Hier fährt alle halbe Stunde ein Zug in 29 Minuten zum HBF. Die sportliche Alternative für Pendler wie uns ist es, die 3,5 km zum Bahnhof Vegesack, mit viel bergab, mit dem Klapprad zu fahren. Denn dort fährt der Zug alle 15 Minuten und man ist bereits nach 19 Minuten Fahrtzeit am HBF. Zur Constructor University sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Rad.
