Da ich für drei Monate verreise, biete ich mein Zimmer in einer 4er-FLINTA*-WG in der Bremer Bahnhofsvorstadt zur Zwischenmiete an. Am liebsten wäre mir und meinen Mitbewohnis uns auch eine FLINTA* als Zwischenmieter*in.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer möbliert. Darin befindet sich ein 1,40 cm breites Bett, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstande (die ich dir frei räumen werde) und ein paar Möbel in denen Zeug von mir verstaut ist. Ich versuche dir so viel Platz wie möglich zu machen, damit du dich auch gut einleben kannst!
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen alten Holz-Parkettboden und sehr hohe Altbau-Wände.
Meine Mitbewohnis - Louisa, Jojo und Kim -- studieren alle drei an der HFK in Bremen. Wir teilen uns einen gemütlichen Flur (mit Sofa und Sessel), eine große Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Wenn du Interesse hast und Lust uns kennenzulernen vereinbaren wir am besten zusammen ein Treffen per Zoom oder hier in der Wohnung!

As I'm going on a trip for three months, I'm offering my room in a 4-person FLINTA* flat-share in Bremen's Bahnhofsvorstadt for a temporary rental. Me and my flatmates would also prefer a FLINTA* as an interim tenant.
I rent out my room furnished. It contains a 1.40 cm wide bed, a desk, a clothes stand (which I will clear for you) and a few pieces of furniture in which my stuff is stored. I'll try to make as much space for you as possible so you can settle in!
The room has a beautiful old wooden parquet floor and very high old walls.
My flatmates - Louisa, Jojo and Kim - are all students at the HFK in Bremen. We share a cosy hallway (with sofa and armchair), a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bahnhofsvorstadt nahe des Friedenstunnels - also 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, eine Minute zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle und auch schnell mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß zum Viertel.

The flat is located in the Bahnhofsvorstadt near the Friedenstunnel - so 5 minutes walk from the main station, one minute to the next train stop and also quickly by bike or on foot to the Viertel.
Ein paar Vormittage in der Woche passen zwei meiner Mitbewohnerinnen auf einen Hund auf! Es ist ein kleiner freundlicher Pudel.
