+++ ANFRAGESTOPP! +++ Zimmer in 4er-WG mit zentraler Lage

Die WG liegt am Zipfel des Viertels und fast in der Bahnhofsvorstadt, direkt an der Haltestelle "Rembertistraße". Von hier fahren die Straßenbahnen 1, 4 und 10 sowie die Buslinie 25 in alle möglichen Richtung von Bremen regelmäßig ab. Zu Fuß ist der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch im Viertel ist man innerhalb 15 Gehminuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man natürlich überall noch schneller!

Zur Uni braucht man mit den Öffis etwa 20 Minuten und zur Hochschule 15 Minuten.

Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es einen EDEKA etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt oder Aldi und Rewe beim Hauptbahnhof. Aber auch Netto und Penny sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke (literally) befindet sich ein süßes Café, das Anfang des Jahres mit neuen Besitzer:innen eröffnet hat. Spaziergehmöglichkeiten hast du im Bürgerpark, an der Weser und in den Wallanlagen, alles schnell zu erreichen.

The WG is at the tip of the Viertel and almost in the Bahnhofsvorstadt, right next to the "Rembertistraße" stop. Trams 1, 4 and 10 and bus line 25 depart regularly from here in all possible directions from Bremen. The main train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the Viertel is also a 15-minute walk away. Of course, you can get everywhere faster by bike!

It takes about 20 minutes to get to the university by public transport and 15 minutes to get to the university.

For shopping, there is an EDEKA about a five-minute walk away or Aldi and Rewe at the main station. But Netto and Penny can also be reached quickly by bike. Just around the corner (literally) is a cute cafe that opened with new owners earlier this year. You can go for walks in the Bürgerpark, on the Weser and in the ramparts, everything is within easy reach.

In unserer WG ist gerade viel Veränderung und Aufbruch, weshalb noch nicht so viel zu dem WG-Leben gesagt werden kann.

Bisher waren wir eine freundschaftliche WG und würden dies auch gerne so fortführen. Manchmal sind wir aber auch eher in unsere eigenen Alltage eingebunden und verbringen weniger Zeit zusammen. Wie das Zusammenleben sich am Ende entwickeln wird, zeigt sich aber natürlich erst wenn du eingezogen bist, sowas entsteht ja auch.

Uns ist auf jeden Fall ein sozial bewusstes Miteinander sowie gute, offene Kommunikation wichtig und wir versuchen nachhaltig zu leben. Rassismus, Sexismus und Homophobie haben hier keinen Raum.

Ab Mitte Oktober wirst du definitiv mit mir (Swantje, 26) zusammen wohnen. Ich bin vorher im Praktikum und etwas reisen und in der Zwischenzeit wohnt eine Freundin in meinem Zimmer. Ab dem Herbst schreibe ich meine Masterarbeit und arbeite nebenbei für den Klimaschutz. Außerdem wohnt Karen (23) mit in der WG. Sie wird aber für ein Praktikum von Oktober bis Februar im Ausland sein und stattdessen wird ein:e Zwieschenmieter:in in den Monaten hier wohnen. Karen studiert ebenfalls und ist oft mit Freund:innen unterwegs. Aktuell wohnt auch noch Tanja (25) bei uns, sie ist jedoch auf der Suche nach einer neuen WG - full disclosure: wegen der Gegend, nicht wegen uns. Sobald sich bei ihr etwas ergibt, werden wir da auch jemand neues suchen, natürlich mit dir zusammen.

Es gibt einen Putzplan über eine App und wir teilen uns einen Großteil der Lebensmittel. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch bis vegan und kochen ab und zu für- und miteinander. Herzstück der Wohnung ist die Küche, wo wir oft am Morgen Kaffee oder am Abend Tee zusammen trinken und uns über das Leben austauschen. Im Sommer verbringen wir aber auch viel Zeit auf dem Balkon und schnabulieren dort am liebsten Sommerrollen mit einem kühlen Getränk.

Currently there is a lot of change in our flat, which is why not so much can be said about our WG-life.

So far we have been a friendly flat share and would like to continue this way. But sometimes we are more involved in our own everyday lives and spend less time together. How living together will develop in the end will of course only become apparent when you have moved in.

In any case, socially conscious cooperation is important to us and we try to live sustainably. Racism, sexism and homophobia have no place here.

You will live with me (Swantje, 26) from mid-October. Before that I'm doing an internship and traveling a bit and in the meantime a friend is staying in my room. I'll be writing my master's thesis in the fall and working for climate protection on the side. Karen (23) also lives in the shared flat. But she will be abroad for an internship from October to February and instead a temporary tenant will live here during the months - we are currently still looking for that person. Karen is also studying and is often out with friends. Tanja (25) is currently also living with us, but she is looking for a new flat share - full disclosure: because of the area, not because of us. As soon as something comes up with her, we will look for someone new, of course together with you.

There is a cleaning plan via an app and we share most of the groceries. We eat vegetarian to vegan and cook for and with each other from time to time. The heart of the apartment is the kitchen, where we often drink coffee in the morning or tea in the evening and talk about life. But in summer we also spend a lot of time on the balcony, where we prefer to munch on summer rolls with a cool drink.
