Das Zimmer misst 14 qm und ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kleiderleiter, Fernseher und Zugang
zum eigenen Balkon ausgestattet. Meinen Kram räume ich natürlich beiseite.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten Richtung Innenstadt, die Linie 10 fährt dich quasi von der Haustür aus ins Viertel ( Cafes, Bars etc. ). Die Wallanlagen zum Laufen, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden
sich direkt um die Ecke.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner (27 und 30) sind total entspannt und umgänglich, haben ein offenes Ohr und
sind immer für ein Scherz zu haben. ;)
Das Zimmer kannst du ab dem 1. Februar bewohnen, bei Bedarf auch schon ein paar Tage vorher.
Es steht dir den ganzen Februar zu Verfügung. Ein paar Tage in den März hinein, sind auch kein Problem.
Monatsmiete: 300 Euro warm- je nach Länge des Zeitraums natürlich anpassungsfähig.
