Moin ihr allen,
aufgrund meinem Auslandssemester habe ich ein Zimmer im Wohnheim vom 1.8.2019 bis zum 1.10.2019 auf Schönhausenstr. 32B zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist:
- 260€, alles inklusiv. + Kaution 350€ (werdet ihr aber zurückkriegen!)
- ca. 21m2
- im Erdgeschoss
- eine Küche mit meiner Mitbewohnerin, Raphaela, zu teilen.
- Vor der Tür haben wir eine Terrasse zum Chillen, oder Hinten einen kleinen Garten zum Grillen im Sommer :).
Es ist mir wichtig, dass es auch um Sauberkeit bzw. Ordentlichkeit geht, weil Raphaela und ich beide Studentinnen sind und keine weitere Missverständnis haben möchten. Es ist egal, ob Ihr ein Mädchen oder ein Junge seid ;).
