Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei andere Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine kleine Küche, einen Flur und ein Balkon.

The room is approximately 18qm. In the apartment there are two more rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a small kitchen, a hallway and a balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage. Das Stadtzentrum ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 3 Minuten und die Haltestelle der Linien 25, 4, 1 und 10 befindet sich fast vor der Haustür. Mit der Linie 10 ist man in 5 Minuten im Viertel. Mit der Linie 6 (am Hauptbahnhof) ist die Universität in 15 Minuten erreichbar (ca. 10 zur Hochschule). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe (Edeka auf der anderen Seite der Straße, Rewe, Dm und Rossmann am Hauptbahnhof). Essensmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei und Apotheke sind auch in weniger Minuten erreichbar. Und auch das Viertel!

The apartment is in a perfect location. The city centre can be reached in only 10 minutes by foot. The Central Station in about 3 minutes and the tram/ bus stop (lines 25, 4, 1 and 10) Rembertistr. is basically across the street. With the line 6 (at the central station) you can reach the university in about 15 minutes (10 minutes for Hochschule). Restaurants, bakery and a pharmacy can also be reached in a few minutes. And also the Viertel, the bars neighborhood!
Die Wohnung teilst Du mit zwei netten Studentinnen, Paula (22), die im Master Digitale Medien studiert, und Luca (21) die ein Bachelor Kulturwissenschaft und Philosophie macht. In unserer Freizeit unternehmen wir auch sehr gerne gemeinsam etwas, sei es ein leckeres, kühles Bier auf dem Balkon trinken, gemeinsames Kochen, Spieleabende. Es wird auch Rücksicht aufeinander genommen, so dass Du auch deine Ruhe hast. Wir sind eine saubere, ordentliche (Putzplan!) WG. Wenn Du denkst, dass Du zu uns passen könntest, würden wir uns sehr freuen dich kennen zu lernen!

This is women-only apartment. You would be sharing the apartment with two nice students, Paula (22) who is studying a Master’s in Digital Media, and Luca (21) who is studying a Bachelor’s Cultural Studies and Philosophy. In our free time we sometimes hang out together, cook something, drink a nice cold beer on the balcony or play games. Of course, we can always have our privacy as well. We are also a clean and organized WG (we have a cleaning schedule!). If you think you could fit in well with us, we would be happy to hear from you!
