In der Wohnung gibt es drei Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer können ausgestattete mit einem 160x200 Bett, Federkernmatratze, Decke, Kopfkissen, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, zwei Nachtischen sowie Lampen, voll abdunkelnde Rollos und einem Teppich ausgestattete werden. Für die Möble würde ein Abschlag von 500€ anfallen.
Du suchst nach einem WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt? Dann bist du hier an der richtigen Stelle! Diese frisch renovierte Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großen Eingangs-/Gemeinschaftsbereich, 1 Bad, 1 Küche und eine schöne Aussicht von der dritten Etage. Für cardio ist auch gesorgt, den es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl :D
Ein respektvoller Umgang ist mir sehr wichtig. Außerdem lege ich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Die WG ist für mich mehr ein Ruhepole als ein Freizeitheim. Wie ihr zukünftig das miteinander bestimmt ist euch selbst überlassen. Der erste Mieter darf sich die anderen beiden Mitbewohnerinnen aussuchen.
