Mein Zimmer (7.2) wird in einer gemütlichen 2er WG frei zum 01.06.23. Ich suche eine freundliche, zuverlässige Nachmieterin oder Nachmieter, die auch gut zu den anderen Mietern im Haus (die meisten sind zwischen ca. 20 - ca. 30 Jahre alt) passen würde. Die Miete ( Zi.2/ 490,00€) ist inklusive Internet + TV, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Müll, Hausreinigung usw. (Warmvermietung) und MÖBEL. Es gibt auch Stellmöglichkeiten für ein Fahrrad im Keller und im Hinterhof. Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzautomat sind auch vorhanden. Sie Hochschule ist in ca. 1.000m zu Fuß (oder Fahrrad) sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Bus- und Bahnanbindungen sind wirklich sehr gut. In ca. 150m (2 Min.) ist der Leibnizplatz, ab da fahren die Bahnen S4+S6, sowie Busse auch zur Uni.
Hier wohnen Studenten und Azubis in sehr netter Hausgemeinschaft;)
Umliegend (im Radius ca. 300m) gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Penny, Bäckereien und auch kleine Restaurants, sowie Friseur usw.
