Hallo Leute,

Ein Zimmer ist verfügbar in einem WG in Lilienthaler Heerstraße 207. Du Wirst mit Abi zusammenwohnen. Er arbeitet gerade und ist sehr sympathisch. In dem WG gibt es eine Küche, mit allem was du benötigst. Ein Keller und wo du parken kannst gibt es auch. Das Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schuhschrank, ein Tisch mit dem Stuhl. Dafür würde ich gerne 250 Euros bekommen. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch und ich hatte auch vorher mit Abi 150 Euros dafür bezahlt und ich will 75 euros dafür.

3 Minuten Zu Fuß hast du die Haltestelle Kopernikusstrasse und mit dem 4 Richtung Huchting bist du in 21 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. In 10 Minuten mit der Buslinie 670 bist du an der Uni Bremen. In der Nähe gibt es ein Penny, REWE und eine Poststelle.

Du Wirst zusammen mit Abi leben. Er kommt aus Nepal und er ist sympathisch und nett. Er arbeitet in der Nähe der Uni Bremen.

Die Besichtigungen des Zimmers sind möglich am Samstag 16.12.2023 zwischen 9 Uhr und 13Uhr und am Samstag 23.12.2023
