Da ich im August für 6 Monate nach Portugal zu meinem Auslandssemester gehe, biete ich hier mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an!
Es handelt sich um 11qm, was jetzt erstmal recht klein klingt, aber es ist so eingerichtet, dass man ganz gut was verstauen kann. Es hat ein schönes großes Bett (ich glaube 180x200) mit 3 Bettkästen, sowie einer Kommode für Klamotten und ein Bücherregal. Außerdem gibt es ein schönes großes Fenster, welches nach Nordost ausgerichtet ist. Man hat also vormittags die Sonne im Zimmer und ich konnte auch schon den einen oder anderen Sonnaufgang von meinem Fenster aus genießen. :)
Das Zimmer selbst ist jetzt zwar nicht das größte, aber wir vermieten ja nicht nur das, sondern die gesamte Wohnung. Neben einer gemütlichen Küche haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein weiteres Gemeinschaftszimmer. Wir sind selbst erst zum 1.6 eingezogen, deswegen steht noch nicht alles so wie es soll, aber der Plan ist, daraus ein "Chill-Zimmer" mit Hängematte zu machen, wo man sich auch mal zurückziehen, gemütlich was lesen oder malen kann. Wonach einem halt der Sinn steht! Außerdem bietet es weiteren Stauraum. Wir haben bereits alles dafür da, aber leider noch keine Zeit gehabt es umzusetzen.

Since I am leaving Bremen for a semester to spend it in Portugal, I am offering it for the stay.
It is 11m² big. This sounds a bit small but it is furnished so it can hold a lot of stuff! It has a nice big bed (I think it is 180x200) with 3 bed boxes underneath and a dresser for clothing, plus a bookshelf. Also there is a nice large window heading north-east, so you can enjoy sunbeams in the morning and, if you are up early enough, you can even watch the sun rise. :)
The room itself is not that large, but it is not only that what you rent, but acutally the whole apartment. We have a sweet kitchen, that has everything you need, and also a big and cozy living room where you can sit with or without friends as I like to do a lot.
Since we only moved here on the 1.6 ourselves, the place does not look as finished as we want it, but little by little we are getting closer. We also have a forth room, which we plan to transform into a "relaxing room" with a hammock etc, but we did not find the time to do it yet. At the moment we use it as a storage room.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Haltestelle "Gustavstraße", von der man regulär innerhalb weniger Minuten die 2 und 10 erreicht. Leider werden die Bahnen momentan durch eine Baustelle umgeleitet, aber sie bleibt glücklicherweise auch nur bis September bestehen.
Innerhalb von ca. 8 Minuten ist man beim "Bahnhof Walle", wo man zusätzlich die Buslinien 26 und 20, sowie Regionalzüge erreicht.
Walle ist insgesamt schön zentral gelegen. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit Bus oder Bahn 10 Minuten. Ebenso verhält es sich mit der Innenstadt und zum "Viertel" gibt es auch die Direktverbindung mit der Linie 2.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich: Entweder läuft man die 5 Minuten zum Walle Center (mit EDEKA, Aldi, Rossmann, Apotheke und anderen Geschäften) oder 2 Minuten zum Netto quasi nebenan.
Auch gibt es einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Sei es im Walle Center oder auch außerhalb, wo es Cafés und Dönerläden gibt. Innerhalb von 10min Weg, gibt es in alle Richtungen viele Möglichkeiten zu verschiedenen Leckereien zu entdecken.

We are right next to the tram station "Gustavstraße", with which you usually can reach the 2 and 10 within a few minutes. Unfortunately the trams are redirected at the moment because of road works, but these will only last until september.
Within 8mins you reach the train station "Bahnhof Walle", where you can additionally reach the buses 26 and 20 and also the regional trains (that take you to the Hauptbahnhof in 3min).
Our district "Walle" is conveniently central! By bike you can reach everything in no longer than 15min! The trams and buses take you to the Hauptbahnhof Bremen in 10min and it is the same if you want to go to the city center or the "Viertel".
There are also plenty of shopping possibilities! You can walk 5mins to the "Walle Center" that has grocery and drug stores, a pharmacy and other shops, or you walk 2mins to the "Netto"-supermarket almost next door.
Also you can find a lot of places to eat: be it inside the Walle Center or outside where you can find cafés and different snack locations. Within 10mins walking you can discover a lot of different places to eat a lot of different goodies.
Unsere WG ist noch sehr jung, deswegen kann ich dazu gar nicht so viel sagen, außer dass unser Hauptziel im Zusammenleben ein offenes und ehrliches Miteinander ist!
Joshua, dein potenzieller Mitbewohner, ist ein sehr lieber, aufgeschlossener Mensch, den man einfach liebhaben muss! Wir sitzen oft zusammen im Wohnzimmer und quatschen oder zocken an der Wii, aber niemand ist böse wenn der andere mal seinen Freiraum möchte. Da unsere Zimmer je am anderen Ende der Wohnung gelegen sind, klappt das auch sehr gut!
Am Wochenende sitzen wir auch gerne mal abends beisammen und trinken ein zwei Bier, bevor es weiter zum Feiern geht. Dies geschieht aber durchaus auch nicht jede Woche, wir sind da eine gute Mischung zwischen Action und Entspannung würde ich sagen.

As I said we only founded this WG in June, so I can't tell you as much about our life together, but our main goal is being together in harmony and to reach that we want to be openminded and honest if there should be any problems!
Joshua has a really sweet, outgoing, likable personality. We often sit together in the living room and talk or play with the Wii but none of us is mad if the other one wants their personal space.
Since our rooms are at the opposite ends of the flat, we didn't have any problems with noise yet.
On the weekends we like to sit together in the evening and drink one or two beers before we go somewhere out. But this also doesn't happen as often. Our living is a healthy mixture out of action and relaxation, I would say.
Ich glaube im Endeffekt ist es uns einfach am Wichtigsten, dass es irgendwie passt und man aufgeschlossen im Umgang miteinander ist!
Man findet für alles eine Lösung und das gemeinsame Ziel ist ja ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, bei dem sich alle wohlfühlen können.
Also kommt einfach vorbei und findet heraus, ob es das richtige für euch ist oder nicht! Wir freuen uns auf euch! :)

I think in a nutshell the most important thing is that it somehow just fits and that one isn't afraid to speak their mind if there is anything wrong! Together one can find every solution and the shared goal is a functionating household, in which everyone feels safe and happy. :)
