It would be my room in Galileo Residenz. It is located in the uni campus and quite close to the Tram and Bus stops, just 4 minutes walk. The apartment is shared with 8 other people, all of whom are very sweet and kind. Every room has its own bathroom, the kitchen has to be shared. The kitchen has a common space with large sofas and a TV. There is a separate Laundry room and bicycle storage area. All places are monitored by CCTV, hence it is very safe. The people at the reception are also very kind and helpful. If something is not working properly or you have some trouble in your room, you get immediate assistance. The rent all included is 405 Euros per month.
I have this contract until september 2020 but I as got a single apartment, I am looking for someone who wants to take over the place. If you dont want to stay until september, you also have an option to give it over to someone else. There are lot of possibilities for this as every April there are exchange students coming in who prefer to stay in Galileo.
You will have the contract under your name and the earliest possible move in date is December 16, 2019. The deposit to be paid would be 700 Euros.
