Hier wird ein schönes helles Zimmer angeboten, dass sich im 2. Stock eines 4-Parteien-Hauses befindet.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, einer Couch, einem Schreibtisch+ -stuhl, einem geräumigen Regal, einem Nachtschrank und einer Kommode und einem kleinen Tisch. Ein großes Fenster lässt viel Licht hinein. Weiße Wände, schönes Laminat.
Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 300€, wo Miete, Strom, Wasser, Gas und Internet hinein zählt. Eine Kaution von 370€ würde auch anfallen...

Room in 3-party shared apartment on 2nd floor. The room is furnished with a bed, couch, desk, chair, a big shelf, night stand and a small cupboard, dresser and a small table. A big window making the room bright.
The rent is 300€ everything included (rent, electricity, water, heating and Internet). The deposit would be 370€

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle Westerstraße von der ihr knappe 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof braucht. Die Innenstadt (Am Brill) ist zu Fuß ein Katzensprung über die Weser entfernt (keine 10 Minuten). Für Studenten der Hochschule Bremen am Standort Neustadtswall absolut ideal, da wir nur eine Querstraße von dem Hintereingang der Mensa entfernt wohnen und ihr vielleicht 2 Minuten bis dort zu Fuß braucht. Aber auch der Standort Werderstaße ist mit der Bahn 3-4 Minuten entfernt und zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten. Rewe und Aldi sind auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die gute alte Bunte Ecke, ein bestens ausgestatteter Kiosk/Laden ist direkt gegenüber, der uns den einen oder anderen Sonntag echt gerettet hat.
Die Wohnung selbst bedient sich eines schönen Flurs und einer geräumigen Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Auch einen großen Kühlschrank mit einem großen Eisfach ist dabei. Eine kleine Abstellkammer nutzen wir für unsere Essensvorräte. Im Bad findet man eine Duschwanne und genügend Stauraum.

The apartment is right at the station "Westerstraße" in Neustadt, Bremen, which makes you reach the central station within less than 7 minutes. Downtown (Am Brill/Obernstraße) is less than 10 minutes walking. For students: the apartment is right behind Hochschule Bremen (Neustadtswall), so you will reach the cafeteria in less than 2 minutes walking. But also Hochschule Bremen (Werderstraße) is very close by: like 3-4 minutes by bus or tram and 10-15 minutes walking. Two supermarkets (Rewe & Aldi) are just 5 minutes walking distance and there is a mini shop (Bunte Ecke) just down the streets, which is open even on sundays.
The apartment consists of a hallway, a big kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, a big fridge+freezer and there is a built-in storage space. The bathroom includes a bathtub and enough space for whatever you need.
