Hey, gut, dass du hier bist! Ich ziehe aus dieser fantastischen Wohnung aus, also suche ich nach jemandem, der einzieht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen, in der Nähe des Viertels, aber ziemlich chilled zur gleichen Zeit. Die Wohnung selbst ist eher praktisch als geräumig, aber in einem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sie das beste Angebot. Ich werde die typische Bremer Straßenansicht der Straße und das glitzernde Leben gleich um die Ecke vermissen.
Über das Zimmer: Es ist vielleicht nicht der größte Raum, den du je gesehen hast, aber das Licht, das durch die großen Fenster kommt, und der Holzboden verleihen ihm einen gewissen Charme.
Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen) und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. Zur Wohnung gehören ein Kellerabstellraum, ein gemeinsamer Garten und ein Raum zum Waschen.

Hi, ich bin Simay, 19 Jahre alt und noch Schülerin. Neben der Arbeit und Schule vertreibe ich mir die Zeit mit dem malen und lesen. Ich bin eine sehr Kontaktfreudige und offene Person. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich gerne Freunde und gehe viel aus!

Hey, good that you are here! I am moving out of this amazing apartment, so I am looking for someone to move in. The flat is in a really nice location, close to the Viertel but pretty chilled at them same time. The flat itself is rather practical, than spacious, but in a price -worth ratio it is the best deal. I will really miss the typical bremer streetview of the street and the sparkling life just around the corner.
About the room: It may not be the largest room you have ever seen, but the light that comes through the big windows and the wooden floor give it a certain charm.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, oven) and a small bathroom with shower. Basement storage, a shared garden and a room for washing belongs to the flat.
