Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 4er WG im schönen Findorff :)
Das eine Zimmer ist ab dem 01.08.2018 frei. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird zum 01.09.2018 frei. Sie sind möbliert, mit je einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und zwei Regalen. Dein vielleicht künftiges Zimmer und auch der Rest der Wohnung wurden erst vor ein Paar Jahren komplett renoviert. In unserer "Wohnküche" haben wir alles was man so braucht. Es ist der Ort in der WG, wo wir abends zusammen kommen, zum kochen oder einfach nur zum quatschen.
Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber dafür gibt es eine Dusche mit Fenster :)
Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es einen großen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockern, die du mit einer Mensakarte nutzen kannst. Es gibt eine Parkgarage, in der auch Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können.
Die Miete beträgt 249€ und enthält bereits alle Nebenkosten auch für das Internet. Lediglich 4€ Gez-Gebühr kommen noch dazu.
Da wir im Studentenwohnheim wohnen, ist es notwendig, dass ihr als Student im Land Bremen eingetragen seid.

Hey,
we are looking for new flatmates for our shared flat. One room is available from the 01.08.2018, the other from 01.09.2018.
The room size is approximately 16 m^2 and the room is furnished with a study desk, a chair, a wardrobe, two shelving units and a bed. The person leaving the room, Tom, also has a beautiful, big sofa (as seen in the photo), a small coffee table, stool and an extension for the bed (making it double bed size) which he is offering to sell together for 50eu to go with the room. We do not have a living room but our common kitchen (fully equipped) provides some space for hanging around.
We have a shared bathroom with a toilet and shower for the 4 of us.
The price is 249 Euros per month with all utilities and internet included.
The appartment is in a student residence, so you must be a student from the university or the VHS to be eligible to live here. In the basement we have washing and drying machines, a bike shelter and a newly renovated common room. The appartment has been fully renovated 5 years ago and all the furniture is new.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Bürgerpark. Mit dem Rad braucht man etwa 15 Min zur Uni und weniger bis zum Bahnhof oder in die Stadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Von dort braucht man nur 10 Min mit dem Bus zur Uni und 10 Min. in die City. Auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl, Aldi und Rewe, Apotheke und eine Bank sind nicht weit entfernt, eben alles was man braucht.

The sudent dorm is adjacent to the Bürgerpark (the biggest park in Bremen). It takes approximately 15 min to get to the university by bike or by bus and approximately 10 minutes to get to the central station. We have a number of supermarkets (aldi, rewe, and lidel) at about 10 minutes walking distance.
Wir sind zur Zeit zwei Jungs und zwei Mädels, allerdings zieht im Juli der eine und im August unser anderer Mitbewohner aus. Unser WG Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs, aber machen auch gern was zusammen. Abends mal zusammen was kochen, einen Spieleabend oder einfach nur zusammensitzen und quatschen oder am Wochenende auch mal zusammen eine Kneipentour ;) Wir suchen jemanden, der offen ist und für jeden Spaß zu haben.
English Version
We are a mixed shared flat with two girls and two guys. Generally we are all quiet busy, but we also enjoy our time together. We like hanging around, having a beer together in the evenings, cooking together and having boardgame nights.
We are looking for a nice open-minded new flatmate who likes to share these kind of activities.
We all have our own private lives as well, but it would be nice to have someone who is willing to join us for these social activities.
Da die WG im Studentenwohnheim Weidedamm ist, musst du unbedingt immatrikulierter Student/in in Bremen sein, um einziehen zu können!
