wir sind eine befreundete Gruppe, die zusammen ein schönes, voll ausgestattetes Haus in Findorff bewohnen. Neben 2 Badezimmern, 5 Räumen, einer Küche und Stauraum im Keller, verfügt das Haus auch über einen kleinen Garten. Wir legen einen Schwerpunkt auf pflanzliche Bio-Lebensmittel und teilen diese untereinander. Essen ist eine zentrale Verbindung zwischen uns, wir kochen und speisen oft zusammen. Wir sind zwischen 24 und 35 Jahre alt und überwiegend berufstätig.
In unserer Freizeit treiben wir gerne (gemeinsam) Sport, wie Radfahren, Bouldern, Frisbee spielen oder einfach nur chillen am Werdersee.
Das Haus liegt 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 18m² und die Miete beträgt ca. 380-450 € pro Monat (die letzten Jahre lagen wir unter 400€, aktuell durch die gestiegenen Nebenkosten eher bei 450€, sollte aber hoffentilich bald wieder runter gehen), inklusive allem. Wir arbeiten oft von zu Hause aus und suchen deshalb jemanden, der entspannt in unsere kleine Gruppe passt.
Wir würden gerne die Waage der Geschlechter ausgeglichen lassen, deshalb sind wir derzeit bevorzugt auf der Suche nach einer Frau.

Hello,
we are a group of friends who live together in a beautiful, fully equipped house in Findorff. In addition to 2 bathrooms, 5 rooms, a kitchen, and storage space in the basement, the house also has a small garden. We focus on plant-based organic food and share it with each other. Food is a central bond between us, we often cook and dine together. We are between 24 and 35 years old and mostly employed.
In our free time, we like to do sports (together), such as cycling, bouldering, playing Frisbee or just chilling at the Werdersee.
The house is 5-10 minutes by bike from the main train station. The free room has about 18m² and the rent is about 380-450 € per month (in the last few years we were under 400 €, currently due to the increased additional costs of gas and electricity we pay 450 €, should hopefully go back down again though), including everything. We often work from home so are looking for someone who will fit relaxed into our small group.
We would like to keep the gender balance balanced, so we are currently primarily looking for a woman.
