Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt mich leider und da ich auch noch nicht weißt, wohin es mich verschlägt, suche ich erstmal eine Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wie du in den Bildern siehst und deshalb müsstest du 200 € Kaution zahlen. Die bekommst du natürlich zurück, wenn du alles heil hinterlässt. Die Decken sind über 3m hoch und das Zimmer ist sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Findorff nah am Bahnhof und am Bürgerparkt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es zur genüge.
Ich (Friederike) lebe schon lange in der Wohnung. Bisher waren es keine Zweck-WGs, aber für eine Zwischenmiete wäre auch das ok. Da es um einen kurzen Zeitraum geht, bin ich sehr flexibel. Trotzdem ist mir Ordnung und ein gutes Miteinander wichtig.
Schreib mir doch einfach kurz etwas und dann kannst du besichtigen.
