▌ About The Room
The room faces south and is about 20 square metres. It is furnished with a single bed, large desk, wardrobe, several shelves and a sofa.
▌Location
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is located in the middle of Findorff on Admiralstraße. Numerous supermarkets (Rewe, Netto and Penny) and many trendy restaurants are within walking distance, as well as pharmacies and everything else you need (dry cleaning, hairdressers, bakeries, etc.). Findorff is a very nice district, close to the beautiful Bürgerpark and the main train station can be reached by bike in 7 minutes.
▌Life
I am Yuki who will take a vacation semester on coming winter so my room will be available from Sep till end of March. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy person for approx. 6 months.
Maria will also go for exchange on mid-Sept to Feb and she might not rent out her room, so there might be servals months you can enjoy the whole flat by your own.
So the move in date might be a bit limited, either within 1-16 Sep or beginning of Oct. But the move out date is flexible from Feb to Mar.

It would be good if you could speak some English so that you can communicate with me directly for details of my room.

Das Zimmer ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet und hat etwa 20 qm. Möbliert ist es mit einem Einzelbett, großem Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, mehreren Regale und einem Sofa.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und befindet sich mitten in Findorff in der Admiralstraße. Zu Fuß sind zahlreiche Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto und Penny) sowie viele angesagte Restaurants erreichbar, außerdem Apotheken und was man sonst alles noch so braucht (Reinigung, Friseure, Bäckereien etc.). Findorff ist ein sehr netter Stadtteil, nah am schönen Bürgerpark und der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Rad auch in 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
Yuki, meine Mitbewohnerin, wird ein Urlaubssemester nehmen und stellt für die Zeit ihr Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, vertrauenswürdige Person für die ca. 6 Monate, also von Anfang September bis Ende März. Ein- und Auszuiehdatum sind aber relativ flexibel.
Ich werde auch Mitte September bis Ende Januar ein Auslandssemester machen und werde mein Zimmer möglicherweise nicht vermieten, so dass es einige Monate geben kann, in denen Du die ganze Wohnung alleine genießen kannst.
Es wäre gut wenn die Untermieterin etwas Englisch sprechen würde damit Sie mit Yuki kommunizieren kann
