Am 31.März verlässt mein Mitbewohner Bremen, weshalb ich dich als neuen Mitbewohner*In suche. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Blick in den Innenhof. Dein Zimmer ist knapp 12qm groß und sollte möbliert vermietet werden. Die Wohnung ist vorteilhaft geschnitten mit unseren beiden Zimmern außen, Bad und Küche dazwischen, sodass man sich auch kaum hört.
I am looking for a new roommate from the beginning of April. The flat is in the second floor in an apartment building in Schwachhausen. The room is 12sqm large and fully furnished. In the flat our two rooms are separated by the kitchen and bathroom (see pictures).
Die Wohnung ist zentral in Schwachhausen gelegen. In 10 bis 15 Minuten bist du entweder mit den Öffis (Linie 1, 22, 24) oder dem Fahrrad in der Uni, im Viertel oder am HBF. Einen Parkplatz fürs Auto ist eigentlich immer schnell gefunden, und das Fahrrad kann ganz einfach im Keller untergestellt werden. Ein Rewe und ein Netto sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
The flat is located in Schwachhausen and in only 10 to 15 minutes you are at the important locations (University, Central Station, City Center or the Viertel with all the pubs) either by public transport or by bike. A parking space for a car and bike are easy to find. 2 supermarkets are also easy to reach by foot.
Ich bin Mirko, 25 Jahre alt und kurz davor mein Studium der Marinen Geowissenschaften abzuschließen und danach hoffentlich in Bremen eine Arbeit zu finden. In meiner Freizeit höre ich gerne Musik (Elektro/Techno) Koche, gehe feiern und treffe mich mit Freunden. Wichtig für das Zusammenleben ist für mich eine gewisse Sauberkeit (alle 2 Wochen putzen). Gerne Unternehme ich was zusammen aber es muss keinen regelmäßigen WG-Abend geben.
I am Mirko, 25 years old, and currently in my last months of university before getting my degree in Marine Geoscience. In my part time I enjoy listening to music, cook, going out and meet friends. Important for me is certain tidiness (clean every 2 weeks). I am open to spent time with you, but you need to respect if I want to be by myself.
