The room is very big with partial separation with 2 beds and table has two large windows facing the backyard/garden. It can be shared by two ppl with an additional cost of 100. It also have a big wardrobe too.
Monthly house meetings will be conducted by the caretaker where you can discuss the issues and organize parties. The house has 2 big refrigerators which has ample space to stock. The house follows cleaning roaster which will be decided upon agreement in house meetings and you can always chat in the group for any assistance and the caretaker responds almost immediately.
The house partys are also decided during the meetings and it is a personal choice whether to attend it or not. And personal privacy is something the flatmates respects.
Most of the flatmates are students and some are working but everyone have become friends after living here and it is very peacefull almost all the time.
The house also has 2 washing machines and 2 bathrooms and 2 seperate toilets. Good thing about the house is that the toiltets and bathrooms are in separate rooms so that you dont have to wait. A monthly payment of 9 euros is collected from each tenant to make available the common used stuffs like toilet paper, oil, salt etc....
Last but not least,
The backyard has tables and chairs where you can have a drink or have some meals in a quiet place in the nature.
