Hallo ihr Lieben,
die Wohnung ist im 2 Stock und hat 3 Zimmer.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
In der Küche ist Platz zum sitzen, es gibt Kühlschrank , Gefriert, Mikrowelle, alle Kuchengeräte sind vorhanden, Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Kellerraum, in den man auch das Fahrrad unterstellen könnte, und oben Trockenraum.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm mit Balkon, Vollmöbiltiert,es hat ein großes Fenster, Schreibtisch Internet und TV. Das Zimmer ist ab Sofort frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Hastedt/Zentrum. Von hier aus kommt ihr mit dem Bus 15 Minuten entfernt die Uni, im 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmärkte gegenüber.Unten gibt es ein Parkzellengebiet für Sport -Möglichkeiten
Hier leben noch 2 Studenten Hochschule Bremen Muttersprache Spanisch.
Sie würden mir eine/n freundlichen und kommunikativen Mitbewohner/in wünschen und gern auch was gemeinsam mit dir unternehmen, kochen, unterhalten, spazieren gehen,und natürlich die Wohnung sauber halten.
Sonstiges:
In den 295 Euro ist alles an Nebenkosten enthalten, es gibt Internet, brauchen nicht die Treppen putzen.
In der Wohnung haben wir fast alles was man so braucht.
