Zwischenmiete Zimmer 10 min von Viertel

Wir wohnen zwar nicht mitten im Geschehen, aber aus Erfahrung ist uns ein nettes Zuhause wichtiger als das Drumherum und die Wege sind in Bremen auch keine Weltreise.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Viertel und auch mit der Bahnlinie 3 braucht man nur 7 Min bis zur Domsheide. Die Buslinie 22 bringt dich innerhalb von 25 Min zur Uni, mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 25. Min. Zur Hfk sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca 40 Minuten an der Weser entlang. Man ist schnell im Grünen, an der Weser oder am Werdersee.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Although we are not in the center you can be in Viertel in 10 mins by bike or tram. After a 5 minute walk you can sit by the river or go joggin around the Werdersee – the gorgeous lake. We have the luxury to live close to some beautiful places which are real gems to hang out when the sun is out. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the Viertel, the cultural hotspot of Bremen.
Supermarkets are around the corner: REWE (5 mins by foot) ALDI and LIDL 10 mins away.
Tram and bus stop: 6 minutes walk (to the bus stop: Georg Bitter Strasse)
Domsheide: 10 minutes
University Bremen: Direct bus 22 will get you there in 25 mins, by bike also 25 mins
HfK: 30 minutes

Wir (Feline, Janno und Fiona) sind keine Zweck WG – kochen sehr gerne (vegetarisch/vegan), sitzen danach, davor, dabei zusammen. Gleichzeitig sind wir alle ziemlich beschäftigt mit Arbeit oder Studium, sodass es tagsüber eher ruhig im Haus ist. Wir legen Wert auf einen offenen, ehrlichen und harmonischen Umgang miteinander. Was (nicht) läuft, kann immer bequatscht werden, so dass sich alle wohl Zuhause fühlen!
Feline studiert gerade Politik Wissenschaften, spielt Basketball und ist sehr gerne unter Menschen. Und Janno studiert Gitarre an der HfK, macht auch viel Sport und ist gelegentlich mal auf einer Demo oder sonstwie im linken Kontext anzutreffen. Fiona studiert Erziehungswissenschaften, ist (leider) weniger fit als die beiden anderen, aber ebenfalls politisch interessiert und sonst an allem, was man ihr so erzählt – hauptsache es ist in einer guten Geschichte verpackt.

We (Feline, Fions and Janno) are not just occupying the apartment by the mean of having a place to live in. We love to hang out and cook together (vegetarian/vegan), but we also have our own schedules – since we all study and work, so the house is often very quiet. It is important to us that everyone feels at home. We are direct and easy-going, hang out in the kitchen a lot after a long day.

Feline studies political science, plays basketball and loves to hang around with people. Janno studies classical guitar at HfK, is also quite sporty and you can politically engaged. Fiona studies educational science, is (sadly) not quite as fit as the others but also interested in politics and everything you are going to tell her about – as long as you make a good story out of it!
