Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin zur Untermiete in Hohentor bis Ende März.
Das Zimmer ist circa 15 Quadratmeter groß und besitzt zwei Fenster. Weil es ein Altbau ist, sind die Decken sehr hoch. Außerdem ist noch ein zweites (fensterloses) Zimmer dabei mit circa 9 Quadratmetern (als Ankleidezimmer oder so). Das Badezimmer ist naja... orange :D und hat eine Dusche. Die Küche ist relativ groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon in der Hinterhof. Das Zimmer kostet 370€ warm ( inkl. WLAN).
Zur Hochschule sind es ca 800 Meter, zur Uni braucht man mit Bus und Bahn rund 40 Minuten.
Penny, Rewe und Aldi sind schnell zu erreichen und es gibt einige Dönerläden etc. um die Ecke.
Da ich selber gerade erst hergezogen bin, kann ich zum Viertel noch nicht viel sagen.
Ich heiße Caro, bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere Public Health im Bachelor an der Uni.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich sportlich aktiv, mache spontane Ausflüge und besuche Konzerte, poetry slams oder gehe auf ein bis zehn Bier aus. Für mich ist gerechter und respektvoller Umgang in einer WG sehr wichtig. Außerdem auch Sauberkeit...
