A room is free from 1.4.2024 in our 4-er WG. We are searching for a male tenant this time, for a 12 sq.m. room, that comes with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe (in the corridor outside of the room), a chair and a big window looking at east-southeast. This means that during spring and summer the light fills up the place.
The appartment consists of a living room, a spacey kitchen, two fridges, a bathroom, a WC and a balkon. And the three rooms of your new flatmates, of course.
The dormitories are situated 10-12 minutes by feet from the University.
Tram (Straßenbahn) lines 6 and 4 are taking you to the Hauptbahnhof in just 15 minutes.
There are a couple of bus lines as well, to move around the city and the nearby areas.
You can find a bunch of supermarkets in an area of 10-15 minutes away by feet (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Lestra,) and other facilities like Post office, swimming pool, restaurants, small cafes, bakeries.
Easily reachable are the Bürgerpark, the Unisee, the Rhododendron park and Oberneuland area (for fresh cow milk and tasty icecream. Better use your bike for that).
Khaing, Chrissi and Noah are students at the University and we are all live happily in a quiet place. We can easily communicate with each other about every matter that comes up. That's why we need a nice person to keep on the same attitude in the appartment.

There is enough space to park your bike or car in the neighbourhood.
