Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon, auf welchem im Sommer ab Mittag bis abends die Sonne steht :)
Das Zimmer ist allgemein sehr lichtdurchflutet.
Es ist auch möglich gewisse Möbelstücke bei Bedarf zu übernehmen, da ich sie sonst im Internet verkaufen werde.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 322€.
Die Wohnung liegt in Horn und ist somit in Uninähe. Mit dem Fahrrad sowie mit dem Bus braucht man 15 Minuten. Der Bus ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, sowie die Straßenbahnlinie 4.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine Tankstelle, Sparkasse, Friseur, Apotheke, Penny und ein Rewe. Aldi und Lidl sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz, wo auch immer ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Ich, Svenja (22 Jahre) habe fast 3 Jahre in der WG gelebt und mich immer super wohl gefühlt. Ich verlasse die WG auch nur, weil ich beruflich bedingt die Stadt wechseln muss. Außerdem in der WG wohnt Eike (23 Jahre). Er studiert an der Uni Bremen und ist vor 1,5 Jahren dazugezogen. Dritter im Bunde ist der Felix (19 Jahre) und ganz frisch seit einem Monat bei uns. Er ist ebenfalls Student an der Uni Bremen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern sitzen auch gerne mal zusammen und quatschen. Wenn man jedoch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte, wird das auch natürlich respektiert :)
