The room is part of a flatshare in a of a student residence by the Studierendenwerk Bremen. The living space is 17,2sqm. A table, bed, cupboard and 2 shelves, which are provided by the Studierendenwerk, are already present in the room. The room also comes with a TV- and internet connection. All of this as well as wasser, heating and electricity are included in the rent. The only additional costs are 17,50€ for the radio fee every 3 months. The student residence is in the district Horn-Lehe in a rather peaceful area. Stores like Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, dm and more as well as public transports are easily available within a couple of minutes by foot. You reach the university in about 20 minutes and the city center in about 30 minutes if you use the public transportation.
Already living in the flatshare are 2 students from Uni Bremen (1 Non-binary + 1 Female). The girl is 24years old from Gujarat, India and is studying CMM in Universität Bremen and the other person is 24years old from Russia (raised in Germany) is studying Linguistics and Slavonic Studies at the Uni.
I’m moving out of the apartment because of my job and would like to offer this long-term apartment to someone who studies in Bremen. We would like an open-minded person for the room since both the people living in the WG are foreigners and one of them is part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
