Ein sehr helles Zimmer mit Balkon und schönem Blick auf den Park wird ab 1.06.2021 frei. Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß, mit einem Queensize-Bett und allen notwendigen Möbeln (siehe Fotos). Ideal für internationale Studenten, die nur ein paar Monate in Bremen verbringen wollen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und in einem Abstellraum befinden sich Staubsauger und Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr geräumig.
In der Küche gibt es einen Fernseher und auch eine TV-Steckdose ist im Zimmer vorhanden
Ein LAN-Anschluss bietet Internet bis zu 10 Mbit/s, man kann aber auch einen Anschluss bis zu 100 Mbit/s für 10€ im Monat haben.
Eine Kellerbox zur Aufbewahrung und ein Fahrradabstellplatz sind inklusive. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschiene, Trockner und Trockengestell. Pakete werden tagsüber von der Rezeption abgeholt.

A very bright room with balcony and a nice view to the park will be free from 1.06.2021. The room is 17 sqm, with a queen size bed and all the necessary furniture (see photos). Ideal for international student that want to spent just few months in Bremen. The apartment has everything you may need: the kitchen is fully furnished and a storage closet contains vacuum cleaner and iron with iron board. The bathroom with shower is quite spacious.
In the kitchen there is a TV and also a TV socket is present in the room.
A LAN port provide internet up to 10 Mbit/s but you can have a line up to 100 Mbit/s for 10€ a month.
A cellar box for storage and bike lot is included. The building has a laundry room with washing mashing, dryer and drying rack. Parcels are collected by the reception during day.

Die Wohnung ist in der Universität Bereich, 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Von hier aus ist es einfach, überall mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu gehen. Die Linie 6 Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist vor der Universität, es durchquert die Stadt vom Flughafen zur Universität. In 15 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof.
Viele Lebensmittel-Lieferdienste sind hier verfügbar.
In 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen Aldi und einen ALECO Bio-Lebensmittelmarkt.
Wenn Sie die Natur mögen, ist es von hier aus einfach, in den Bürgerpark oder in die Landschaft im Norden der Stadt zu gehen. Zum Joggen und Radfahren ist es perfekt.

The apartment is in the university area, 3 minutes walking. From here is easy to go anywhere with public transportation. The line 6 tram stop is in front of the University, it crosses the city from airport to university. In 15 minutes you are in the main train station.
Many food delivery services are available here.
At 5 minutes by foot there are an Aldi and ALECO bio grocery store.
If you like nature it is easy from here to walk in Bürgerpark or the countryside at the north of the city. For jogging and cycling it is perfect.
Die Wohnung wird mit einem anderen Studenten geteilt, der Englisch spricht, sehr gesprächig ist und offen ist, um Kultur zu teilen, zusammen zu kochen oder Sport zu machen.
The flat is shared with a another student, English speaking, very talkative and open to share culture, cooking together or do sport.
