Moin! In unserer dekadenten Villa wird ab dem 1.April ein Zimmer frei und
wir würden uns über eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner_in sehr freuen! Unser Haus hat fast
überall Dielen, ne große Küche mit großem Esstisch & Gasherd,
Wintergarten mit Hängematten, Wohnzimmer & Balkon. Ab März sind wir auch
wieder mehr im Garten. Im Haus wohnen 3 1/2 Musiker, die auch im
Proberaum im Keller proben. (Cello, Geige, Klavier/Gesang) Da ist auch
genug Platz für Deine Wäsche oder zum werkeln. Wir kochen und backen, so
oft es geht und sitzen gerne zusammen beim Kaffee am Küchentisch.
Ausserdem wohnen noch zwei Kinder bei uns, Anton (3) & Frida (4). Dein
helles Zimmer liegt im 1.OG, hat hohe Decken, eine kleine Kammer für
Klamotten oder zum verstecken gibts auch :) Das Haus ist nur 5 Min. von
der Bushaltestelle entfernt & es gibt nen schönen Radweg in die Stadt.
Hey,
we are looking for a new flatmate from 1st april. Our house is fully equiped, we've got a big kitchen with everything you need, a nice conservatory where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sunlight and also a nice and big living room. The cellar is used for washing our clothes and for storing some food, we're sharing our food so if you're hungry you can just take everything we've got. You'll live together with 3 musicians, a painter and a geograpgie student. Two childs (3 and 4 years old) are also living in our house.
We like to life together here so it's really usual that we're cooking, eating, sitting in the kitchen with a cup of coffee and so on. If you are just looking for kind of an accommodation this is probably not the right place for you...
The house is located really close to a bus station, you'll be able to get to the city center in about 25 minutes.
If you like to ride the bike it's actualy faster and easier.
