Your future room has a single bed, with desk and chair, wardrobe with built-in shelves, a wall mounted shelves, small bed side drawer.
The apartment is located in the multi-storey building which was previously owned by Lufthansa (as per the resident manager). It has a small living/dining room with extendable table, a small kitchen fitted with dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom with bathtub and a shower. Along with that, you will have your own personal Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is equipped with contactless keycards (no more carrying keys).
In the basement, you will find the large parking space (accessible with your own keycard), a laundry room with washing maching and dryer, a fitness room with several showers and a sauna (perfect to escape the coming winter).
The building is located close to the 'Neuenlander Kämpe' stop, easily reachable in 3 minutes by foot.
One of the campus of Hochschule Bremen is right opposite to the tram stop. With tram 6, you can easily reach citycentre (~9 minutes), central station (~11 minutes), and to the University of Bremen (~30 minutes) and to the airport which is literally the next stop in opposite direction.
The supermarkets such as Netto, Penny, REWE, Spar are located 2 stops away.
Your future flatmate will be Fabian who is living here more than a year. He is a friendly person as well.
As I have spend most of my summer time with other building mates (who were my batchmates as well), I can't tell you more about the flatshare type.
The other building mates are really nice and welcoming. The building has its own Whatsapp group where people plan houseparties, celebration together, attends events together or sometimes goes to bowling, clubbing, and also to the river side to enjoy the nice weather.
If you encounter any issues and problem, the building has its own resindent manager. She is available from Tuesday till Friday afternoon.
Along with the deposit, there is a one time service fee of €190 for the contract, cleaning and disinfecting the room before you move in and after you move out.
