Your room will be the largest and most spacious in the apartment.
The room is fully furnished with everything you need.
It has two very large windows on both sides of the street, as your room is on a corner on 2 different streets.
In the basement there is both a bathroom with toilet and a washing machine connection. You are welcome to use the washing machine. The full monthly rent is 386€, this includes electricity, wifi, gas and garbage fees, there are no other costs.
Es befindet sich direkt an der Schleiermacherstraße. Penny, Rewe und Rossmann sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Edeka in etwa 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle Pappelstraße liegt etwa 5 Minuten zu fuß und wird regelmäßig von den Linien 1, 8 und verschiedenen Bussen angefahren. Die Haltestelle der Linie 6 ist in nut 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichber, wenn man zur Hochschule/ Stadtzentrum Universität oder ähnlichem muss. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Parks für Sportler oder einen schönen Spaziergang.
