Das helle, 18 m² große Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss [(Juchu! Keine Treppen!)]und geht zur Straßenseite hinaus. Es ist trotzdem bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig, da Lärmschutzfenster eingebaut wurden. Außerdem hat es die für einen Altbau typischen hohen Decken und einen wundeschön hellen Dielenfußboden.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem Notwenidigen möbiliert.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60 m² und besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, meinem Zimmer, einem kleinen Badezimmer sowie Küche mit leicht abgetrennten Essbereich (den man gut als Gemeinschaftsfläche nutzen kann).
Zum Haus gehört noch zusätzlich ein Garten, der von allem Mietparteien genutzt werden kann. Also auch die nächste Grillparty wäre gerettet!

The bright, 18 m² room is located on the ground floor with a view to the street. Though it is quiet with closed windows, since noise protection windows were installed. In addition, it has the high ceilings typical of old german buildings and a beautifully bright wooden floor.
The room has the necessary furniture.
The apartment has a total of 60 m² and consists of a small corridor, my room, a small bathroom and a kitchen with a separate dining area (which can be used as a common area).
The house also includes a garden, which can be used by all rental parties. So the next barbecue party would be saved.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Langemarckstraße zentral in der Neustadt! Hier gibt es eigentlich alles, was man zum Leben (nicht) braucht. Supermärkte, Dönerbuden, Subway, Frisöre, Nagelstudios, Billig-Boutiquen, Asia-Shops, muslimische Schlachter... Man muss die Langemarckstraße quasi nie verlassen!
Wenn man das doch mal möchte, kann man Bus und Straßenbahn nehmen, die direkt vor der Tür entlang fahren.
Damit kann man bequem zur Uni fahren oder man schnappt sich das Rad (leider weiß ich gerade nicht, wie lange es zur Uni braucht)
Wer an der Hochschule studiert, hat es am einfachsten- die liegt gute 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man mit der Bahn in 5min oder man kann auch in gut 15 min laufen.

The apartment is located in Langemarckstraße in the Neustadt near to citycenter! There is really everything you need to live. Supermarkets, kebabs, subway, hairdressers, nail studios, cheap boutiques, Asian shops, muslim butchers ... You must never leave Langemarckstraße!
If you want to do so, you can take bus and tram, which go right in front of the door.
So you can drive comfortably to the university or you can take a bike (unfortunately, I do not know just how long it takes to the university bye bike)
Very comfortable for everyone who studies at Hochschuole Bremen- it is about a 5 minute walk away.
The city center can be reached by tram in 5 minutes or you can also walk in 15 minutes.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin bin ich, Regina, 26 Jahre alt.
Ich habe in Oldenburg meinen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Philosophie gemacht um danach erstmal ein Jahr Pause vom Studieren zu machen und hab ein bisschen im Ausland gelebt (Tunesien und Brasilien). Jetzt schreibe ich meine Masterarbeit in Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Uni Bremen.
Ich interessiere mich für Kunst und Kultur, reise gerne, höre und mache gerne gute Musik (sehr breitgefächerter Musikgeschmack), feier gerne, lese gerne und kann mich aber auch bei HarzV-TV gut entspannen. Generell probiere ich gerne viele neue Hobbys aus, um sie fallen zu lassen und gleich wieder neue zu finden ;)
Für das WG-Zusammenleben wünsche ich mir keine ZweckWG. Allerdings schreibt das jeder hier. Ich habe ziemlich viele unterschiedliche WG-Erfahrungen in den letzten Jahren gesammelt (gute wie auch schlechte) und festgestellt, dass man vorher nie wissen kann wie es sich entwickelt.
Wenn man sich gut versteht, wird es automatisch keine ZweckWG und wenn man später herausfindet, dass man doch nicht auf einer Wellenlänge liegt, lässt sich auch nichts erzwingen... Also super fände ich es wenn man sch gut versteht und auch mal zusammen was unternehmen kann. Mal schauen!
Ob man die gleichen Ansichten in Sachen Sauberkeit, Partyausmaß, Geselligkeit und Privatsphäre hat, lässt sich am besten in einem persönlichen Gespräch herausfinden...

In Oldenburg, I took my bachelor's degree in economics and philosophy and then spent one year living abroad (Tunisia and Brazil).Currently I am writing my masterthesis in business psychology at the university of Bremen.
I am interested in art and culture, I like to travel, to listen to good music (very wide music taste), to celebrate, but also to relax with randomTV. In general, I like to try out many new hobbies to drop them and find new ones again;)
I hope for a harmonic living together. However, everyone writes that here. I have collected quite a lot of different flat shares experiences in the recent years (good as well as bad) and think that you can never know beforehand how it develops.
If flatmates get along with earch other very well, it becomes automatically a kind of friendship and if you later find out, that you are not on the same wavelenth you can still not force anything.. So no pressure, let's just take a look!
Whether you have the same oppinios in terms of cleanliness, party behaviour, socializing and privacy is best to be found in a personal conversation ...
Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende August aus. (Sie geht zurück nach Mexiko) Da ich noch nicht weiß, wie lange ich noch in Bremen wohnen werde steht das Zimmer zu Zwischenmiete. End-Datum ist flexibel (ca. Anfang nächsten Jahres).

My roommate is leaving in the end of august (she goes back to mexico). Cause I dont kow how long I will be staying in bremen the room is for sublease with a flexible end-date (around beginning of next year).
